'oh...i must be too independent.'
'oh...i must be too smart.'
'oh...i must be too strong.'
y'know what? strength, intelligence, independence and beauty all qualify as traits men actually like!
therefore, if someone doesn't seem to attract the men she feels she should, maybe...just maybe, the woman should take a good, hard look at herself. just might be a chance that the men you feel you should attract have their own ideas about what they consider 'hot.' and for this reason, and no other, they hesitate to approach you. | |

Posted: 2/15/2008 10:08:50 AM | When I was a kids, I let them walk out of my life over and over again saying "gee willickers". By the time I was thirty I realised that I never introduced myself because there was always something in my life that needed fixing. If she knew my problems, she wouldn't even look at me for sure. Didn't matter what it was, finances, crappy clothes, old running shoes, beer gut, smoked too much, and way more....
So I got my shit together (ya.... at 30). I fixed my finances, started buying new clothes (and throwing out my really old or worn out t-shirts, jockeys, socks, etc.), getting regular hair cuts, and actually shaving EVERY morning, and so on. My confidence shot way up, but now something else stopped me from approaching "the hottie". I started to get picky. 90% of the hotties dropped off the radar and I started noticing "normal" women. I started introducing myself to women who, while "normal" were sexy as hell.
Remember: Just because she looks good in a pinup, doesn't mean she's sexy. My advice is to ignore the ones that "pose" for the crowd and go for someone who oozes sensuality. You'll have more fun. | |

Look at the people, usually women, who say this isn't true.... then look at every person they've ever gone out with .... you ain't gonna see no geeks, nerds, wimps, wastoids !!! Someone might say they went out with a person that was "attractively challenged" , then if you saw them you might say; "hmmmm, they look pretty good to me" ...... subjectivity rules! Seriously though, why do some people have to pretend this is not true ? There are fine lines thrown in there, but essentially, people are not going to date someone that they perceive as, "not in their league"..... by way of looks or tax bracket --- intelligence too.... I'm not going to date a woman who's "not sure if France is a country". | |
