Also, sometimes orgasming makes me feel a bit vulnerable ... 
Now back to the OP, are you sure those women actually had orgasm??
with a vein forming down the middle of her forehead..and her vagina was flowing like a river but she wouldn't open her mouth!...the way her mouth looked reminded me of a baby or small child when your trying to give them vegetables or medicine...
Those are not sure symptoms.

If someone grew up in a household where sex was an unspeakable, it may be likely that they have taken on the same beliefs, and so they hide it like their parents did.
Consider also during masturbation... If a teenager had to be quiet when they were pleasuring themselves because parents or siblings would hear...
It's only natural that this learned behavior would be carried forward even if they were an adult and had moved out of their parents home. All it would take is a gentle conversation to bring the subject to light, and a little willingness on her part, and Voila! You may have a symphony on your hands! :)
Now, I have one for you guys. I have lived in communal situations at times. So I may have been in a room with 4 to 8 people. Sometimes there would be couples in the same room. So the couple would get it on as quietly as possible (muffled). But the interesting thing was that the other roommates would be perfectly still, either because they were embarrassed or they wanted to give the couple private space. Figure that out!
The best story though is me sleeping on the top of a bunk bed and being woken up by rocking motion. I first thought there was an earthquake. But after it lasted past a few seconds, I just turned over with a grin on my face! At least someone was getting some! ;)
