women do not need men(for sex) to get pregnant - there's sperm banks for that.
Well until they learn how to grow sperm cells in a lab the sperm still has to come from a man. | |

One stop shopping.
People's physical, social and emotional needs can be met by a boutique selection but I think most prefer to get the majority from one source.

From scienticfic studies, we're healthier if we have friends, believe in a higher being, own pets and are happy in general.
None of that even requires sex.
If there was enough space, we could all be hermits who live in caves, go off to the spermbank every few years and release our kids into the wild at 12 years old.
Some people are co-dependant, some people are introverts. The co-dependants NEED other people. Sex addicts need other people, too, but those are medical conditions not gender related. | |

Most women wouldn't even consider dating a man over 30 who's not interested in sex. If women could please themselves why would they care so much?
Exactly - there's no point in dating a man who doesn't like sex; we can take care of ourselves...company is nice and all, but we can get that anywhere.
A lot of us like/prefer sex with men, but it's not necessary. So if he's not there for that, then what's the point?
Men can please themselves as well, yet they keep wanting to date women. Same difference. | |

Yes sex is what I am wanting from a guy, but it is more then that. I want those mommentary feelings of being taken care of, that someone else is in charge, that feeling of safety and then go back to the grind. It is more then a physical release I need; I need to have my soul fed.

My personal life is pretty much where I want it to be in terms of education/career (although there is always room for more learning/growth), etc.......However, I personally would embrace sharing my life, new experiences and growing with a man. Yes, the intimacy is very important and has to be up to par, but certainly NOT the only reason why men/women come together.
