EXCELLENT primary photo my friend. You look incredibly handsome. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of your screenname. Yes, I know, you love your children and they come first...blah, blah, blah.
This is s singles dating site dude. dad22 does not make you sound spongeworthy!
Course, neither does being separated instead of actually divorced...but that's one of my many pet peeves.
Recommend you clean up your profile by doing a spell check and capitalizing the personal pronoun I.

Saying so many "beliefs" even before a relationship is started, is to a relationship as rat poison is to a mouse. Dead before ya even get to the good part. ANYWAYS, innate psychological responses dictate people who give too much too fast, especially personal information scare off any quality suitors. This is our evolutionary coding called "survival of the fittest".

Hmmm....while I understand that you are 29 and trying to show your diversity, I absolutely lost interest in this sweet, dreamy, handsome, intelligent and romantic man when he got to what he called "The fun stuff".
You went from a real grown up with a lot of potential to a juvenile who is play acting as one. Hmmm....
Don't know what to tell you my friend. It was kinda wierd.

Yikes.
Yes, there are men out there who would be willing to get together with a woman with children, but remember, they need to become attracted to the woman first.
I recommend you tone down the mommy bit and play up the woman bit. Also, please run spell check on your profile befor you resubmit.

I get the 'Shrek' references. I got it with the screenname, got it with the header, got it with the photo even. Unfortunately...when your entire profile was littered with jokes and analogies about Shrek, it got a bit much for me.
If Fiona is out there, and IF she reads your profile then you'll live happily ever after, I'm sure. Just not so sure that the masses will want to wade through the endless tongue-in cheek references and self deprecating barbs. JMHO.

Wait a minute. I understand staying on POF just for the forums if you've met someone. Truly, I do. Done it myself because the forums can be addicting.

You really do have good stuff in your profile. VERY good stuff. It's just all jumbled together with no breaks in sentences or paragraphs. This is a HUGE turnoff. No one wants to squint and try to read 900 words like that, it's hard on the eyes.
First, take the entire 'About me' section and place into Word. Do a spell check and do a couple of carriage returns in the appropriate places to break up the subject matter.
The only other thing I would recommend is to add one more photo. A close up of your face with a big smile. Women want to see your eyes and your smile. This is important.
