Posted: 2/17/2008 5:42:21 AM | anyone coming on there own dont be shy . the hosts are lovely and made the atmosphere brilliant . they greeted everyone with a warm welcoming smile . there will be mini meets b4 anyone slightly nervous should go to them as smaller crowd and a chance to hitch up with some new friends . to be honest scrummy and glasgow rose are lovely women and there our hosts but any girl who is a bit nervous msg me on pof and you can sit with our group .loads girls made friends last meet . so pink lady 1970 you may not have single friends just now but you soon will . CAZ you dont even need to ask get back on the list we wana see you there . we will have a giggle . | |

Linda is right folks, anyone can get a wee mini meet going in their area, lets you meet people in a smaller capacity which then makes it less daunting to come to the big fish meet on the 28th. Doesn't even have to be a pub meet, some people had a lunch meet last week, you could go bowling, ice-skating, BINGO lol anything just to get yourselves out there!  | |

Posted: 2/18/2008 2:17:16 PM | After the last meet's disaster ( I drove all the way from Ayr on my own, by myself, with nobody else, just me after work and because I was late I headed straight for Madness and was just about the only single fish in the "plaice" and I felt like a right lemon soul) I might brave it one more time but definitely don't want to drive there and back on my lonesome. I'd be happy to give up to 5 FEMALE fishes a lift. If anyone wants to arrange this with me then just send me an email nearer the time. Sorry no male fishes as I will have my son in the car and intend to take him to / collect him from my daughter's in Glasgow.
