Sweet...we're sending 7 All-Stars to Yankee Stadium! I am really, really happy for Ryan Dempster & Kerry Wood though.

I got to see them win, shut out in fact and the Loverboy concert wasn’t bad. Glad I am not the only 20-something from the 80’s that got old and fat.

Rays will be represented by Kazmir and Navarro at the All-Star game.

Exciting game tonight at Yankee stadium as usual, I am not enjoying being forced to root for the Yankees.

Sabathia going to the Brewers.

Sorry,I was dozing off during the last few posts.(what a long strange trip it's been) Edit:Marlins 2 1/2 games out and Mets 3 1/2!!!
I'd even choose Reyes and Beltran as the Mets rep(one Met???!!!)before Wagner.
Some more All-Star,... Dohs!(sorry if I'm repetitive) Carlos Guillen the lone Tiger is as cold as Manny(actually,no one is as cold as the Dread(ed)locks one) Placido Polanco was more deserving. As is,Iwamura and Sonnanstine for the exorcised devil Rays.
Last one,Miguel Tejada? A better choice would've been Nolasco,Hamels or Rich"Don't Even Think About It"Ankiel.

I hope I was more entertaining than annoying???!!!

You can still vote for Evan Longoria on line, the final spot for each league is being voted on until Thursday. Longo and Hart have slight leads at the moment. You can vote more than once.

Personally, I think Kazmir and Navarro were the perfect choices to represent the former Devil Dorks.

A-Rod's wife has finally seen the light and files for divorce calling A-Rod an adulterer who "emotionally abandoned his wife and children."

I guess A-Rod can't keep his in his pocket. Although I find it weird that there are rumors of him and Madonna having an affair. Madonna has been all over the world and I find her to be very nasty. Why would A-Rod have an affair with Madonna when he has such a hot wife?

People do the darnest things....

wizard of oss,
Ossy! Ossy!
First you chastised A-Rod for having a wandering ,but then you question his If it was Halle Berry, then would it be more acceptable?
I'm busting your chops! I came here for fun and games,so the last thing I'm looking for is a confrontation.

The Mets beat the cheese steaks,10-9 in another pitching duel.It was the same avg score(10-9) of the Marlins/Rocks this past wknd four gm series.
Looks like Wright made a strong stance to solidify his case as an All-Star selection.(Mets are only 2 1/2 gms out now)
VOTE FOR WRIGHT!!! VOTE FOR LANGORIA!!!
Rock The Vote!

Just a note to A Rod's divorce papers. There is no mention of the name "Madonna"

A good excuse ..... maybe. Might have been other reasons ...... maybe.

MONEY..... maybe.

Didn't he have problems awhile back with his marriage? I thought so.

As to Mets taking three in a row to the first place Phillies

Maybe now The PHILLIES brass will relize you need great pitching to win. They keep saying the pitchers they have can keep them in game untill the offence can score enough runs to win. WE neef pitchers who can win games 2-1. Mets finally won a series from the Phils, took them long enough. They still are inthird. We didn't blow a 7 game lead on Sept.17 just a friendly reminder. Chipper Jones belongs as the starter this year. Wright belongs over Rameriz See you next Phils Mets series..

Guess Who? Who? Yes!

How is btw "We didn't blow a 7 game lead!" just a friendly reminder? All I see is a bitter ole' chum who just lost 3 in a row to the woe is me Mets of NEW YORK,NEW YORK(USA) who they just blew a 5 1/2 game lead to(the Metropolitans!) and who are only 1 1 /2 gms up on the
I forgot this was the city of brotherly love!
There's only 70 gms left,my brother/friend,I agree with you about the Phils needing to drum up their P'ing staff.
The Marlins have their P's lined up and geared for the stretch run(almost 1/3 to go)with the return of their ace,Josh Johnson back in the saddle,Ricky Nolasco(He's worth a deuce!)10-4 3.71 and P'ing phenom, the Vulcan Volsted replacing the defunct Baron von Hendrickson!
There are only two word's that Phils fans will be uttering come Oct.,..."Yo Adrian!"

just because the media sees two people together, all of a sudden they are sleeping together...dont believe everything you read...

lets not forget...."mrs" a-rod was in paris visition lenny kravitz WHILE a-rod was playing baseball in new york, and the kids were in florida....who was watching the kids?....

before we hammer a-rod, 3 sides to every story...hers, his, and the truth....

If it was Halle Berry, then would it be more acceptable?

Nope, it would not be....A-Rod is a role model for many kids and kids see this behavior. If he did astray, then this guy is a complete idiot for doing it to a beautiful women. Especially if there are rumors of Madonna and him. He already got caught with another "blonde girl" leaving the strip club in Toronto.

Cynthia is probably tired of hearing such rumors going around and maybe also tired of A-Rod excuses about it, so I don't blame Cynthia for filing for divorce.

However if it was Halle Berry? He would be the luckiest man on earth....That jerk!!!!

I'd come to crazys' support because he's a Mets fan,but if he's from NY he doesn't need it. Fahgedaboudit!!! And,btw, isn't there some community gossip forum on here? Or,is Brittany,Lindsey and Paris just leading boring,hum-drum lives now, dahling?
This A-Rod conspiracy is nothing compared to Cynthia Lennon's KOOKY account of John Lennon being a dead beat father.(A Whole Other Forum!!!)
"Baseball bin bery bery good to me!"~Chico Esquela

RIGHT ON about the Mets suck.If you go back to Sept. 17th 2007 The Mets were 7 games up and blew the lead. Phillies did win division. We are still in first. I like this friendly trash talk. I doubt the Phils. will improve their pitching because the owners won't go over the budget to win World Series, they just want to be competitive.
