| early ejaculation Posted: 3/26/2008 6:57:18 PM | I don't know if this will help you, but I know of a guy who does this to delay orgasm.
He has penetration a little bit, then he pulls out and goes down on the girl and licks her... then a little more penetration, then pulls out and licks her...etc...
And if she's willing, when she's on top she can do the same thing. PUll out and go down on you. Of course that might speed you up even more. LOL
But going down on her mid way thru gives YOUR body a break, and concentrating on her takes your mind off of your penis, but rather than thinking about ugly chicks or cars, you are giving her pleasure which helps get her to orgasm...(which is a good thing when she is with a guy that comes quickly).
Anyway...think about it. Hey, get a girl, and tell her you want to practice all these great ideas... lol She might really go for it!
Also if your second time is slower, you can always masturbate a couple of hours before a date...that way when you are with her, you'll take longer.

| early ejaculation Posted: 3/27/2008 12:58:17 AM | | I argee with Leeanne on this subject. It does take longer each time to cum and the other good point is to keep trying new things. That was good advice and in my opinion from experience trying new things each time is a key to having a successful relationship which will keep sex interesting, and not get bored! I know from experience that this advice work, but you have to take the first steps and have confidence in yourself. | |

| early ejaculation Posted: 3/27/2008 3:57:15 PM | | The classic book, "The New Male Sexuality" by Bernie Zilbergeld, is old in years, but very helpful. He discusses the "point of no return" beyond which orgasm and/or ejaculation is inevitable. When he describes the "stop/start" technique referred to above, the idea is to pay attention to your sensations as your approach that point - and then stop. He does not put a specific time on it, but suggests the man experiment - with or without his partner. Getting in touch with those sensations is a way to eventually control them. | |

| early ejaculation Posted: 3/27/2008 4:43:26 PM | nowt wrong with stopping and resuming some foreplay for a while. It doesn't have to be foreplay followed by sex. It could be foreplay/sex..shit gonna cum/foreplay/sex..oops/foreplay/sex...**deep breaths**/foreplay.
failing that: easiest way is to have your orgasm first then start again in 5 or 10 minutes. | |

| early ejaculation Posted: 3/27/2008 4:49:00 PM | | zengu, Had this happen too ...and stress might have been the cause, but it's not a problem if you're w/ the right woman. I've not had any complaints ...nor have I heard any for me from her ever since we met via these forums. Once performance is surpassed by substance, amazing how the anxiety disappears. | |
