I bought the stuff today for the margaritas and I think that will be awesome... looking forward to breaking open the tequila tonight.I have been getting alot of messages from people asking if they can come to the pre-party... the answer is YES ... it really is open to anyone that wants to pop in and visit before the dance. Message me for directions if you decide to come.

I had a great time. Wished the evening had not ended the way it did (sewer problem).
BIG HELLO, to those I met. Hope to see all at the next event, and look forward to meeting more.
Would also like to apologize to those I bumped or brushed into on the way and back from the dance floor, lol. Just kidding it was my pleasure .lol

I did find the potty mouth in the hallway more offensive than the actual water around my ankles though.

Thanks to The TEE man for helping with the margaritas... to Vampy for kicking out the guy who crashed the party... and to everyone for coming out and having fun at the pre party. It was awesome to meet new people as well and seeing some familiar faces.

Sorry, I did not mean to offend you for being single for many years. Many people choose to remain single and avoid relationships and that of course is okay for you if you want it that way!
As someone who has been on this site for many years and single I'd like to address this. I have actually been in long term relationships almost my entire adult life without even an healthy space in between to properly recover. I have spent a lot of time working on my relationships and my own personal growth.
Remaining single has been a choice at times over the last couple of years just because at times I realized my current situation wasn't condusive to starting a healthy relationship. My remaining single has more to do with the value I place on relationships and peaceful cohabitation than it does anything to do with making a conscious choice to remain single or avoid relationships.
That doesn't even take into consideration dating styles which doesn't always match with the way online dating works. I stay on POF because of the friends I've made and because it quite frankly gets me out of my world into another where you never know, I 'might' just meet that person who is compatible.
I'm happy single though so there has never been a rush to find this or accept something which doesn't feel right. The only part that bothers me is when people jump to judgements as to why I'm single without realizing we are all individuals and have our own individual reasons for being single. | |
