The survey doesn't mean that 30% of people have sex on first dates...
The survey was that 30% of people HAVE HAD sex on a first date... Even if they only did it ONCE, it still counts on the survey...
No wonder there's so much misinformation on these threads... most of you can't read.... or don't understand what you're reading when you can.... | |

And not just the sex topics, but on anything that may be frowned upon. People's public behavior doesn't seem to mesh with what I have experienced with them in private. | |

This is one of the scariest things I've read, but I don't doubt it. It has become clear, after many discussions with friends, that a lot of women are having sex immediately upon meeting a man and it has become "expected." I am a lot more careful about meeting someone and make it very clear I am not a "one-night-stand" kind of gal.
I dunno....I have to say, I've met many men from online and I have never once had one act inappropriately like he 'expected' anything the first time we met. It's impossible to know what kind of sample was used for the survey or how the question was asked. I know there are a a lot of people hooking up online for casual encounters but it doesn't really affect my experience at all. Maybe I just do a good job of screening. | |

Maybe it's just that you have self-esteem and confidence... and you're not desperate or naive...
Let's face it, as women can smell desperation in a man like a dog can smell fear... so too, can many men... They will seek out the naive and desperate women who don't have the backbone or character or strength to say "No".... And most of those women don't even realise they've been used.... | |
