| REVERSING THE SPELL Posted: 7/17/2008 2:23:45 AM | i do not know the pain that follows you again surrounding you in grief without much release
but i do know the eyes of a mother who realize that the time for her son is now lost by the hands of a gun
and a daughter lost in tears with all the world to fear and what's left of her heart that will never part
and with every year that past the memories will out last all the pain and sorrow and hopes for tomorrow
but sometimes out of the blue for no rhyme or reason it is true a knife pierces thru my heart and still bleeds for him

| REVERSING THE SPELL Posted: 7/19/2008 6:25:38 AM | rosie, always remember.... how much i love you and your poetry
"Look at the Darkness, giving birth to the Sun." Khalil Gibran
Softly comes the dawn Let us remain perfectly still Balancing perfectly On this transparent moment Breathing with the silent light Hope now threading through each thought Leaning into this sweet hunger Our hand ready to receive the world And all that passes for grace.

| REVERSING THE SPELL Posted: 7/19/2008 6:55:43 AM | I must confess I don't much care for

| REVERSING THE SPELL Posted: 7/19/2008 10:02:46 AM | Hi can I play too?
The silence of my lover speaks, beware, prepare for sadder weeks. Reading retreats, a skillful art, is there room for me in your heart?
Oh the passion flowing at first, filling my reservoir of thirst. I thought you were my counterpart, is there room for me in your heart?
For awhile I was your Princess, with a beauty glowing ageless. I could sense something kept apart, is there room for me in your heart?
Something you kept behind your gate, private, secluded the estate. Admitting no one from the start, is there room for me in your heart?
So I knocked upon that gateway, asked for you to come out and play. You picked up your toys to depart, is there room for me in your heart?
The flimsy frame for my desire cracked, without love that I require. Bittersweet knowing I'm so smart, is there room for me in your heart?

| REVERSING THE SPELL Posted: 7/19/2008 12:35:22 PM | From the reeds, the splendor of the swan's song echoes in tonal rhapsody, empowering the weeping souls enslaved by the macabre, to break the chains that bind, reversing the spell of hades corpus, transported to that magical place, where peace and serenity reign supreme. | |
|

| REVERSING THE SPELL Posted: 7/19/2008 4:57:36 PM | ah swannie, we might as well make a commune, the rebirth of the Hog Farm perhaps??
love you guys,
My head is spinning I walk a round like a fool grinning my damn head off
Ah love , lust won and lost a broken heart the only cost
it has been so long since this game I played the rules have changed
I deal my cards the same appear the wolf, bear and silken seal
my spirit guides my trio three still walk this path with me
but the card that crosses now that has changed
Faol the Wold has woken Draig Teine
My Selchie Calls Bran the Raven speaks and I for the next card , now do reach

| REVERSING THE SPELL Posted: 7/19/2008 11:16:11 PM | Swan I would bear some pain for you if I could. My back is strong as is my spirit. I've had a shattered leg that is part of my walk since I was 27. 'Tho slower I still get there.
I am a brand new poet but a old storyteller, the pieces seem to mesh now much to my amazement and delight. I've posted this my first poem in another thread here but I've punctuated it now so it might read a bit different. I'd like to give it to you Beautiful Swan.
Golden
On my porch, the fading light of day dreams of night.
The mountains, painted with light and shadow soft in pastel colors; dusty dirt roads stretch from mountain to mountain across the valley floor in straight lines - a signal to God we are here!
My garden's glowing in the evening, freshly watered and content to sleep as the light fades away.
The same light paints my arm golden and, as it glows, I'm in awe of the perfection I'm part of.

The world can always use a little more of that wonderful stuff
Thank you my friend, I can use more of that wonderful stuff too. I'd had a epiphany a few days before and was floating around doing my chores in literally a very high state.
I either have to be touched by God again or by his emissary a good man. Hope it's not too out of the ball park to say that spiritual and physical energy seem to be using the same system to flow around in. To me this high is much like that high. No wonder there are so many zealots!

| REVERSING THE SPELL Posted: 7/20/2008 10:52:15 AM | """""On my porch, the fading light of day dreams of night.""""
well, i really should just copy out the whole thing, it was simply perfection from one bright perfect soul...... marvellous...and though i have no such message from the god's that it is time for love or man to find me, i do agree about the energy flowing, we are our thoughts, we create our perfection, we have the physical and spiritual power to draw unto us everything that we truly want...
so many times we wait for the wondrous things we want to finally happen but i say we alone create them bring them to birth form them in our dreams puffing them out like wisps of smoke delicious opium of all we desire drunk upon life, high from the sweet sugar pouring from us and us alone we are the masters of our universe we are the captains at the prow gliding sweetly through the ocean of life with the winds of our belief bringing us full circle to our yearning soul
