| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 5:16:49 PM | Can definitely sign me up....under the pro-freckle camp.
I've always found something unique about people I've dated and also have found it kinda dumb (IMHO) to say I like blondes or brunettes or redheads or look for a particular eye colour...to me it comes down to the individual (and the individual combination) that makes them attractive. So I've gone out with all colours of the rainbow, LOL...and that's the way it should be....but I have seen a lot of redheads with freckles that I thought were really attractive and sexy. I think the common element might be they all were women that kept themselves in reasonable shape.
Just my .02 cents once again,
Dave aka BHG
P.S. What IS weird is that I seeem to have this fascination with this dancing banana dude ... now THAT'S screwed up, LOL

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 5:19:28 PM | | I don't even notice mine anymore...most people love them!! | |

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 5:22:32 PM | Woman with freckles ...What a turn on!...Redheaded woman and freckles! ...Excuse my forwardness... | |

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 5:26:15 PM | He had amber eyes and dark hair with pale skin and these amazing dimples, oh man the face on him. He also spent a lot of time in the sun and his nose and shoulders were always slightly sunburned and dusted with freckles.
One time I tried to kiss each and every freckle, I think I got some of them twice.
After all the freckles have been paid homage, then you move on to tan lines!

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 5:36:19 PM | I have never experienced this OP, and I have always had freckles. And I mean, in the summer they come out ten times more..
I have actually been told my freckles are cute. *shrug*

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 5:42:54 PM | I got left out! I do not understand my skin tone, I am Scottish/French and missed out on the beautiful freckles. Instead I suppose I look Swedish, whatever that look is, but I have been told. Blue eyed blonde with darker skin tones, tan darkly and evenly, but no freckles! Moles abound, but not a freckle, and I think they're adorable on anyone.
I'm envious, but then again, I envy red-heads and true jet black asian hair. I am not being prejudiced in saying I honestly envy the exotic. Those huge almond shaped eyes, beautiful sleek hair, almond skin, ahhhhh I wish I were exotic.
If this tells you anything, I wished for years I was Janet Jackson. Then Connie Chung. Most recently, J-Lo and Sandra Bullock. Tastes change, as mine have, but I still think freckles are nice. Male or female.
Celebrate your differences, it's not fun being part of the un-noticed crowd!

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 5:49:29 PM | I have red hair and freckles... Many people have told me that they love my freckles. I also like freckles on others, although i don't necessarily prefer freckled to non- freckled... just depends on the whole package, really. Some other thoughts on freckles: they are great camouflage for spots/pimples (if you have any) A little girl asked her mom why i had dots on my face and her mom said they were kisses from the sun! They make you stand out more (IMO) @:) | |

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 6:06:44 PM | I disagree, I think women with freckles are cute. And I'm sure there are women out there who like guys with freckles, too. | |
|
| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 11:25:20 PM | | Does it matter if it is alot or a little. I have alot on my arms and legs? . For some reason I could not ask a girl out because I feel she would think freckles are ugly? Guess I just have low self esteem but that is another topic. | |
|
| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 11:34:58 PM | Yeah, freckles are VERY good, they show where a man may need to kiss you, I'd love to kiss them all (no matter where you have them ) | |
|
| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 11:35:12 PM | | ^^^ The more the better. I was amazed to find that my special someone believed his freckles were ugly. I love them. | |
|
| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 11:36:58 PM | How would you like a man that LOVES freckles and would Love to kiss each freckle you possess (redheads with freckles ARE VERY BEAUTIFUL to me, so the more freckles, the better) | |
|
| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 11:40:05 PM | I have some on my shoulders if any of you pretty redhaired ladies with freckles would like to kiss them as I kiss yours | |

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/1/2008 11:52:42 PM | I have some on my shoulders if any of you pretty redhaired ladies with freckles would like to kiss them as I kiss yours Dang it, too far away...although I think Oregon is beautiful...and I love kissing shoulders, and yours look nice. (Esoteric wisjes to note that her response to this particular post should not be interpreted as her being egotistical enough to assume any particular man thinks she is pretty) | |

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/5/2008 4:33:49 PM | Carolanne..who have good looks to go with those freckles..WOW | |

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/5/2008 5:14:29 PM |
People with freckles are already at a disadvantage when it comes to the dating world.
Op...where did you get that idea from? Never viewed my freckles as a 'disadvantage'. Or my red hair.....
|
| People With Freckles Posted: 3/15/2008 7:44:30 AM | Gee it is so nice to see so many people like freckles. I was always trying to hide them because I was embarrassed by them. Guess I can stop worrying about them!!! | |
|
| People With Freckles Posted: 3/15/2008 8:01:20 AM | My late husband was covered with freckles and that did not stop me from loving him--ever. My daughter has her father's freckles and looks lovely. I call her my little strawberry--she loves strawberries and in my mind she is the picture of good healthy.
Freckles won't stop anyone from dating you or loving you. Try to be less self conscious--that could hamper any relationship. Freckles equal good healthy in my book!

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/15/2008 8:16:29 AM | Actually the low self-esteem is not another topic because instead of working on that, you choose to see your freckles as the bane of your dating life. The difference between you and someone else with freckles is that the other person does not see them as a liability and as a result attracts people because they are self-confident, happy and full of life so people want to be around them.
If freckles were a liability I would be totally screwed because I have them all over, plenty on my face, arms and yup, the legs too. It is a part of my Scottish heritage that I embrace and a gift directly from my dad whom I adored. Start loving the guy inside the freckles and I bet that most people will not even notice them or will see them as part of your charm.

| People With Freckles Posted: 3/15/2008 8:47:59 AM | | My daughter got the best of both worlds... fairly exotic colouring from her father that tans instantly in the summer and a dusting of freckles across her nose from her Scottish/Irish mother. She hated her freckles when younger and wanting to "be the same" as everyone else (eh, she also wanted to be a blonde back then). Now I think she appreciates her unique look. | |
