Posted: 7/23/2008 4:27:04 PM | OP. used the words used,, therefore that is what the is about men using women,, If a woman is disappointed with a man,, that will happen more than once, whether in the bed room or in any other situation,, why post, or complain about it, as if all men are like that,, secondly,, as a man,, I my self have been disappointed in and out of the bed room,, so it;s just not a gender thing,,
Disappointment is a fact of life,, as for toilet paper,, that is a statement that no man has used,, if a woman feels that way,, one must remember we are in control of our own feeling,, even though the out side world affect us,, it's still our responsible to take charge,, even if mistakes are made,, before any one get into any situation,, they should realize what the out come may be,, especially when it comes to sex and one night stands,,,, so OP was left with dirty sheets,, a good time,, and the remorse,, lets not even talk about trusting a man or a woman,, how can you when they just met,, no one is that naive,, to say that they would,, and if they do,, please,, I need 200K,, and I'll pay you next week,, I'd bet if OP had 200K,, she wouldn't have trusted him enough to give it to him,, yet her body and piece of mind is worth so much more,, mater of fact priceless,, yet she gives that away,, without hesitation,, or by a few smooth words on both their parts,,, | |

I don't really think that women are necessarily being used, they are just disappointed when the man turns out to be not as nice as she thought, or the sex was not quite fulfilling enough. I don't believe that the word "used" should be used because consent is given on both sides of the coin. Someone just didn't live up to someone else's expectations. A woman is not stupid or bad for wanting to express her disappointment and I don't think women should think of themselves as used. It is demeaning when there is no reason to think of them like toilet paper. We don't think of men that way after they have slept with someone that let them down.
This is the most sensible comment I've seen so far in this thread. Well said Miss M! | |

Learn to learn and not do repeats, I really hope you do NOT do this again.. many men I have talked to personally in life have told me that they would never have respect for a woman if she was too easy to get into bed..
I am not too sure on this one. If the woman knows what she wants and takes it she would get a different response from men than one that just lays down because it is expected of her. | |

Posted: 7/23/2008 4:52:12 PM | | Been there and done that......First mistake you watched a movie at a house never do that,never invite someone to your house or go to someones house,it is like secert code for sex,believe me it took me a while to figure that out,also its rare that you end up looking at a whole film with someone you are physically attracted to.Men are not cold you gave him what he wanted so why should he continue going after you,he told you he didn't want a relationship.When a guy says he doesn't want a relationship then he is more likely a player.I've been there too many times and learned from my mistakes.I only meet in public places and never sleep on the first date no matter how much I am attracted to this guy and I still them straight off I want no physical contact on the first date.The ones that respect you and actually want to be your boyfriend will respect for it. | |

This coming from a woman makes me wonder if it's coming from a woman who doesn't like sex and resents any woman who outwardly does. I'm not saying that promiscuity is very good for a young woman's self esteem. This statement however(yes I know it's a question) is just reinforcing and perpetuating that old victorian or puritan attitude that a chaste woman is not supposed to actually enjoy sex, and although the women who seek pleasure do serve a purpose, but they are to be regarded by men as less than desirable human beings and avoided for future contact. Perhaps witch burnings might teach these wanton women a lesson? What a bunch of crap!
News flash - Women can support themselves now, can prevent pregnancies, drive cars, pursue a partner of her choice without being stoned to death, and can even VOTE!
Actually, I'm saying the opposite - enjoy it, revel in it, love it, go crazy for it...but if you're going to feel "used" then you weren't acting on your own impulses and desires. I'm saying it's the attitude, not the sex. Choose to have sex, or not to have sex, but don't have sex if it leaves you feeling "used". | |

Now there are alot of women that slip up and sucome to the Betty Crocker Sweet talking men and end up in bed with them on the first date. i mean face it at times we are so lonely and yes horny that when we are sweet talked by a goodlooking man it might be a little easier for him to get us into bed. I myself went to bed ith a man on the first date back a little more then 4 years ago. We saw each other for close to three years before breaking up. Just recently he and i got back together...we decided we missed each toher and the good sex and want to try dating again. So now i dont have to be back in this stupid hunt and search and meet a man for the first time crap. Dating new people sucks! | |

Apparently some people have no understanding of marketing at all. A pair of shots at home, none showing any amount of care that goes into the home(since you seem to enjoy taking offense I am not suggest you are slovenly, rather that since you may spend more time at home due to circumstances it stands to reason that your home reflects your personality so why not show some of that), and nothing indicating any interest in anything outside of the home are going to be more enticing to certain segments of the population than others. It is the same as those that use cleavage shots in every single photo wondering why guys only seem to message them with comments like "Nice rack", duh guys tend to like breasts, and the odd shot is bound to attract, but if that is ALL that you show of yourself then you can expect a stronger response from that group looking for little more than a nice pair. | |

5. If he tells you, he likes you but his actions are different....He is lying.
6.Never, Never, expect a man to call you back after you sleep with him 9 times out of 10 they will not call.
7. When going out with a man........make sure it's the week of your period.
8 Men do not respond to words.....They respond to no contact.
9. One more thing I have learned, never call him or e mail after the fact......Let it go.

I fail to see how having sex with someone is disrespectful. There's more disrespectful things you can do to someone than give them an orgasm.
I bet after you've wined and dined your women for months, being a super nice guy and not being disrespectful by disagreeing with anything they say (or god forbid having sex with them), that they say to you 'you're such a nice guy, I see you as more of a friend.
