You obviously been used by that guy. Study your man as you would study your car before buying it. If youre insecured get him inspected by a mechanic / friends,lol.

He's not cold, he's weak.
Men and women are different when it comes to sex. Men think of it as something totally in the present and a great loving experience. I think (I'm not a woman!) women think of it as a prerequisite for the beginning of a serious relationship that might end in marriage. Am I wrong? If both men and women thought more like the other we'd all be better off!
There are plenty of ladies that do the same to men, too. Men may use sex as a weapon- but women use a tool-- like a sledgehammer-- | |

If you dont want sex with someone, then dont, even if he does get in a strop cause he cant get his leg over.
This is men wear talking about their not sensitive, and they dont give a sh** about your feelings, your probably in a long line of women he'd done this too.

Posted: 8/24/2008 10:36:20 AM | I wonder about the subject line, and the reverse - why do some women think they can use men for sex? You and he had sex, both of you had sex that night. So you used him for sex just as much as he used you for sex. Don't blame him for that.
Yes it's rude to just drop all contact but that happens often without sex being in the equation. Try calling him or just figure he's not worth it and move on.
As for sex on the first date - there's nothing wrong with that. It's a bad leftover from our Puritan ancestors. Have sex whenever you want. Obviously you felt comfortable enough with this guy to get in bed with him and that's great. You'll probably feel that way about other people too. His lack of response is not to be correlated with sex on the first date. We'll never know why he dropped off the face of the earth so I don't care to speculate.

HE is just better at playing a "game" on you.
I agree. The whole way he went about it after the fact makes him Ball-less.
Men really dont surprise me anymore. Neither does this type of thing.
Dust yourself off, keep moving forward and tell him to go to hell and forget about praying if he ever tries to "compromise" you again in the future. | |

Really no man will get serious with easy lay,they are repulse with her, a woman should know the man and cultivate a good vibes of each other for a period of time and if she loves the man and the man loves and cherish her, she may express her physical love to him. I've made the same mistakes myself, which is why before my bf & I got back together I told men right away when we first started talking, in fact I even very clearly stressed it in my profile that I REFUSE to let anybody use me in that way. Of course I've been in the same situation, which is why I even started TCB (taking care of business) before I went out on a date with somebody so that I wouldn't be so tempted to do something I knew I'd later regret & then feel bad about myself. Some men can be REAL dirtbags, but I know that there are some good men left. You just have to keep looking, although it's like searching for a needle in a haystack, they're still there. Not all men are alike. What you do is get yourself to a point where you have enough respect for yourself to tell them no. If a man really likes you/cares about you he won't mind waiting & getting to know you as a person to go further! Good luck! | |

Posted: 9/1/2008 3:09:36 PM | as some one who has a very high ideal I found what he did repugnant but you could have slowed it down or held off. I am no prince charming and the women I meet are few and far between but I do have guidelines and one is no sex even if she wants it on the first date. But I have been burned on this one as well. So I guess the best I can tell you is this some guys are jerks trouble is a jerk is so self centered it comes off as self confident and most women mistake one for the other.
As for me I went on a date with sorority sister of mine she had very low self esteem despite being pretty or so I thought I took her to the movies I held her had a little too tightly, I had dinner she had previously eaten, then off to a movie and back to her house where I picked her up she invited me in for tea and I was tired and turned her down. Next day she was in a car accident and I was being inquisitioned for alledged actions I never took. I just know that it left a lifetime scar on me I don't initiate I want the women to start the process as it is to risky for me. | |

Posted: 9/1/2008 3:28:53 PM | Here is an idea...don't place yourself in a position where sex is likely until later in the relationship. Never go into someones house or apartment late at night unless you are ready to "go there". The guy (typically) will take it as a sign to proceed if you do, generally speaking. The first couple of dates should stay public, IMO. Later go to the persons house at the beginning of the date to "hang out" then GET OUT, go to your own home after the date, smooch at the door and DON'T let the other party inside. A girl, or guy for that matter, can (and should) avoid the whole situation...unless she/he is looking for a cheap, quick, no strings sex. While I find that idea repugnant personally, I won't look down on someone else for wanting to do so - NOT MY BUSINESS.
