Crap excuse as well - I'm recovering from a major knee operation called an ACI (look it up on google) and whilst stepping up my rehab have strained the ligaments in my knee so it's extremely painful.
On the basis that I fly out of the country on Thursday I don't want to aggravate it further otherwise I'll be going through the airport on one of the trolleys.
I'm currently sat here with an ice pack on it but will be far more mobile (and limp less) at the next event.
