lisamuree, Kat is awsome, she did a wonderful job setting up the get togheter at keywester, my first POF party, She's the first person I met there and she introduced me to most of the people there and din't feel uncomfortable at all. Well maybe after a couple of dances with blondeIndian, man she sure outmoved me!
pinkt don't be nervous, come join the fun...everyone is nice...we don't bite!
And Deep six was Great last time, I'm sure they can rock the house again!...

Thanks for the words of encouragement....... I will try to be there timely to get the chair just to be on the safe side. I mixed up my dates, and so I have no prior commitment, so I may even go to the Rock Bottom too. I did not know they had dancing at Hot Shots, so this is good news to me! I have never been there despite that fact that I lived in Warrenville years ago. The ladies and I sure danced up a storm at WB, and there were only a few men brave enough to take us on, Mach was one of them, and he is going to Hot Shots too! We are all bound to have a great time, looking forward to seeing familiar friends and making some new ones too. The band sounds great, the only thing better than hearing good music is doing it while holding a Tequilla Sunrise in one hand! See you all there, Laurie | |

Posted: 4/29/2008 6:46:58 AM | Someone back on the thread mentioned not being sure what to wear....I can only offer this advice: It's a sportsbar (a nice one, but it's still a sports bar!) so jeans or capris or even a cute skirt for those with rockin' legs will be approrpriate!! It'll probably be warm in there too - we have a BIG bunch of fishies coming to this party!!! Also, if you plan to dance (or plan to be forced to dance) wear shoes you can dance in!!!!! Dress to dance and dress to impress. MOST IMPORTANT is to look inviting - SMILE  and realize everyone is a bit nervous!! It'll be a blast!
How can it NOT be fun if I'm using the dancing green banana!??? | |

you WILL meet the nicest group of down to earth awesome people and will build many bridges towards lasting friendships...and if your lucky...maybe more!!!
AND WE LOVE TO DANCE SO WE WILL DRAG YOU OUOT THERE!!!
