I remember the first time I tried "yoga for stress relief." At the end of the session I unloaded with laughter and I couldn't stop, other people cried.
It was a bit embarrassing because the studio was quiet. Afterwards I explained my reaction to the instructor. She said she understood and that she sees these type of reactions all the time.

You are actually quite a fortunate women. Crying during or after sex is normal and there are several physiological explanations to back this up. First of all in a womans vagina are seeral reflex zones that correspond to all of the major organs in the body. the deepest zones around the cervix are home the lung and heart reflex zones, when someone is massaging you with there penis in there it triggers these zones, so if you have any underlying grief or sadness it is merely being cleansed and the energy of those emotions that you already hold in your body are being triggered and expressed.
