much like a caged parakeet, instead of the free flight of a dove
Following the signs, never questioning the destination
why bother with dreams, they merely end in frustration
but what if... just maybe.. you choose your destiny
Fight the mundane, make it your victory
What if you follow your heart, leave your head out of the grand scheme
make everything you ever searched for a reality, instead of a dream
The unknown may be scary, the outcome unforseen
like unsure footing on a tight rope, or walking a highbeam
The hardest chances to take are those involving the heart and soul
Falling in love isnt a guarantee, its doesnt come from a perfect mold
your taking the necessary steps forward and occassionally tripping
When you realize suddenly, you may not yet be falling in love, but your definately slipping.

My wife was having girls night out, know they way they do
I'd been down to the local bar; had a drink or two
Feeling rather frisky, as alchohol flowed through
Sneaking back inside the house, not using the light
Seemed everyone was sleeping; it was late at night
Did not want to scare them, awaken them with fright
So feeling slightly armorous, I slipped into my bed
Warm body right beside me, we all know where that led
Started with gentle kisses, all around her head
Lovemaking was amazing, just went on and on
Both couldn't seem to get enough, right into the dawn
Then the shock and horror were showing in her frown
My wife has a twin sister, they both look the same
They'd been out drinking heavily, playing girlish games
Somehow the twin was in my bed, now she felt ashamed
Wife came screaming up the stairs,"What have you done you louse?"
"How come you didn't see me, curled up on the lounge?"
Meanwhile I just quivered, like a frightened mouse
Both of them guns blazing, like their out hunting duck
