| What floats your boat... Non Sexually?

maturity, responsiblity, common sense, communication skills and a good sense of humor.
I find confidence can be hollow or built on things that are not actual but percieved... confidence also can be one sided... as in someone has a good body... this does not mean they are mature. I like to have fun !!! and its not fun being with someone who is shallow, immature, irresponsible. I'm not attacted to someone if they are immature or irresponsible. Also not attracted to anyone I might date who does not allow me to be myself.. or into APPEARANCES and IMAGE... to say the right thing, do the right thing... because nobody is perfect and we all have our feelings... so I am attracted to someone that respects me.
If all that is there... seems to make for something real.
A history of good choices can build real confidence... a few drinks can make someone feel confident for a few hours. Thats the difference. | |

Posted: 5/29/2005 10:42:03 AM | guys that like to live life to the fullest. Guys with a positive attitude, really into fitness or outdoors stuff you know hiking, rock climbing, camping. Living on the edge and pushing their limits physically.
Guys who have a great sense of humor. Guys who love what they do, as far as work or career, I don't care what they do as long as they love it.
Someone like that to me knows who they are and have the capacity to embrace life. They are the kind of people who don't wait for opportunities to come their way, they make it happen for themselves. Now that is a turn on for me. | |

And dressing sexy doesn't necessarily mean how much skin is exposed either. I've had a lot of guys turned on when I'm wearing a suit and heels. I also like to wear the short skirts, something a little low cut, and maybe a little clingy, but in the appropriate setting. I like to look people in the eye when I talk to them and notice if the man is looking me in the eye or talking to my chest. Not that a few glances here and there aren't flattering, I think you get my drift. | |

oh, I'm not suggesting a woman can't at all, hence why I used words such as "unassuming" and "aura'. It's when they're overtly obvious and flaunt it, which sinks my boat, it's the mild mannered Clark Kent syndrome on the outside with a lioness underneath, that turns me into a puddle of nothing ... :) and this goes all hand in hand with their obvious yet non pompous intelligence .... marry the two qualities together .... and it's woohooo ........ full steam ahead captain! | |
