Posted: 6/15/2008 5:35:25 AM | I only had people to my faves, male and female if i have met them or have spoken to them for ages as they are my friends! and hope to either meet them or see them again!
I hate it when people add you to there favourites when they have never spoken to you! Or you have chatted to you then just remove you and disappear!!
Thats life I suppose!
However the people on my faves are lovely! xx | |

I re-joined this site about two months ago and believe me I would be on fifty plus favourites by now had I of not removed them...my ego Is big enough as It Is!
My favourite list consists of a few friends and people I'm actively talking to.
You can guarantee If a man has a really nice photo ie Is good looking he will be on 50 or 60 favourites, even If his profile only says "ask and I'll tell" come on girls, just how shallow are you...don't feed their egos!!! | |

I am looking for one for myself, not for someone who gets off on attention from total strangers and likes his fragile ego massaged by strangers adding them to their fav lists.

Posted: 6/15/2008 5:24:17 PM | I have added a few to my favourites. Some are people that I know and talk to regularly. Others are people I have met through the site and email or speak to regularly as friends.
Other than that if I see a lady I think is nice I'll email her and add her to my favourites list. Otherwise you never know I might never find the profile again.
Met one cracking girl on ths site but sadly things didn't work out. We are still good friends. So now I am looking again | |

damn and i thought you kept me there because you liked me .... 
and good point TG i have the habit of coming across a intresting profile when im 50 mile hopping ( click on pictures of people ) and i forget where they are etc so end up bouncing across the country trying to find them again ( apologies for the post my P key got jammed )

I would gladly write her a testimonial but she isn't on here any more. That was the problem she thought she was ready to date again, but after a while she realised she wasn't. So she took off her profile. Oh, and left me gutted

Very ordinary late middle aged women will be inundated with pm's which lead them to believe they're more attractive than they are..........especially if chaps in their teens and twenties contact them.

most of it is a waste of time, effort and space, the forums are just about acceptable tho.
for a guy , unless he is an absolute looker and can pose shirtless without showing any folds or is in the army and posing in his combat gear then you just dont stand a chance on here.

I am considering setting up a profile with one of 'those' pictures on it, very little in the profile and just send messages saying 'hi, fancy a chat' to all those I have previously sent long messages to but been met with the 'read deleted' response.
Anyway, back on topic, and I do apologise most profusely for venturing off the path, no one can see how many you have selected as a favourite and as you can't really be responsible for who adds you to their favourites it is not much of an indicator. You would think that a woman with over say 50 favourites is a bit of a net tart, and likewise a bloke would be a bit of a net playa, but as some deranged people just add you for no reason it is a bit misleading. I have had one girl from Ireland, another from Thailand, and another from the good ol' U S of A add me without speaking. Why? It is not as if I am going to pop over to New Jersey for a quick Latté. | |
