I bet if you could take her temperature, that would indicate horniness. Walk around with infrared glasses, body parts get hotter as their core temperature rises.
Maybe some xray glasses so you can spot erect nipples.
Perhaps a doppler radar too, as her breathing picks up, the pressure around her mouth will change more rapidly and will likely result in small amounts of condensation or mosture in the air around her mouth.
Now, the more important question to ask: Would women feel weirded out by a man examining her with such instruments???
