Posted: 5/31/2005 4:03:02 PM | i dont really think anyone truly wants to be alone whether they say they do or not,with the word love thrown out so loosely by so many,and the excpectations that are placed over every ones head in relatonships like ,i want this,i want that,must be this ,must be that,ect,make it alot harder to actually let someone in to love or be loved,its easy to be alone no one to disagree with you ,you dont have to share with anyone,and with all the modern conviences of entertaiment today like internet,video games,tv ect it makes it easier to just throw in the towel and live in your own little world,well if we where meant to be alone why would we be able to create life?to be alone?i dont think so,i think we are here to love and share and thats all ,you cant take the fancy house clothes and cars with you when your gone,but the love and sharing memories are whats filling up your castle in the sky!and i plan on filling mine to the limit! so to the ones that think there supposed to be alone dont close your doors to tight ,lets some sun light in every now and then and see what grows!  | |

Posted: 5/31/2005 4:13:07 PM | Well now that God has been dragged into it, maybe you might want to discuss this with someone more qualified to answer your theological dilemma. I don't know what sort of religion you adhere to, but most, if not all, have some sort of dogmatic leader who can interpret the will of God for you. This pastor, deacon, brother, priest, father, padre, prelate, rabbi, imam, sister or mother superior could probably help you figure this out better than any of us?

OT: I don't think anyone is meant to be alone. If we were there wouldn't be terms like "cabin fever" and hermits wouldn't generally be known as insane. | |

After the death of my husband, and the destruction of what remained by someone else, I find that I can't even find the tiniest spark of interest in anyone I'm meeting. Maybe the ability to love again has truly been buried with the greatest love of my life.
Moving over to the other side, though.....nah, not me. | |
