Posted: 4/17/2008 9:18:46 AM | Just a suggestion but ive noticed that a lot of the ladies on here who have said that they are going on their own have restrictions on who can contact them ie 'male' as I was going to email a couple of you to say you are more than welcome to meet up with me and my friends if you dont want to go in yourself. It might be an idea to remove the 'male' part on your restrictions as you will find that you can actually make a lot of good female friends on here but not if they cant get in touch with you lol.
Ps half of my favourites are females!! 
Billbanzi thats a shame you cant make it, would have been nice to meet you but no doubt there will be plenty of other meets after tomorrow | |

Posted: 4/17/2008 2:36:10 PM | Locate Love, all I can say to you is wear comfortable shoes cos you're feet will be sore by the end of the night...oh and make sure you have a glass of water handy cos you're throat will be dry chatting to everyone....it can be very tiring hosting a BIG MEET like this one, both Glasgowrose and myself were shattered after the 2nd Glasgow meet....as hosts you are the focus of everyones attention on the night....and everyone wants to talk to you lol
It's all worth it though when people comment on how much they enjoyed themselves and you can feel proud of yourself that you got it off the ground and it was a success. GOOD LUCK AND HAVE A BALL! | |

Just to let you all know when you come into the Capital Building where the Grape bar is there are 2 entrances. Normally the one on the right is the main entrance but for us, the doors on the left will be open for you and take you straight in our private reserved area. Either way you will be able to get in...till tomorrow....

I know it is only 2 hours until your night out but think I have decided to go along, so thank you for organising it . Bit apprehensive as friends are working so have to come on my own but it sounds like many people are in the same boat. Looking forward to meeting you all there.
