My point was most guys take a woman's errect nipples in a sexual context.

Well yeah. But, 99% of the time, a woman's nipples are in a sexual context regardless if they're erect or not. Unless you're a doctor, or just really not interested. You just have to see it from this side of the fence.

You're probably right. It might be nice for a day, I'd be able to read a map and pee standing up, but the loss of being able to multi-task, change my mind for no apparent reason and know that I'm always right (not to mention play with boobies when-ever I like) would be too high a price to pay. But at least I know next time I'm outside in the cold, the reason the guy next to me hasn't offered me his jacket isn't that he's selfish, it's 'cos he's thinking 'Gahuh - boobies'.

You can show off your gals, in a showcasing way, but I am pretty sure that showing your gals, might get you thrown in jail for indecent exposure.

Depends on where you live, Mominatrix. Thanks to the Supreme Court of Canada & the Canadian constitiution (2001), it is not considered
public indecency/ or public nudity, for women to go shirtless in public.

And to answer the OP's original question, I think that in any situation public, professional, whatever; the best solution is to simply quit
staring at them. Nipples are just a part of the breast & the breast is just another part of a woman's body. It's really no one's business,
in a professional or any other setting, what kind of underwear you are (or aren't) wearing. It's personal, it's private & it's irrelevant.

If it makes you feel better, consider them really big goose bumps. ROFL!

I am surely glad I am not a man, so I don't lose all sense of reason when I glimpse the hint of a nipple under a woman's shirt.

There is a big difference between a quick glance, and drooling with your tongue dragging a long the floor. Try to maintain.

Finally a woman who understands the stressful lives we men have. Just one of the many burdens we are saddled with. Imagine how tough it used to be when miniskirts were prevalent. We are lucky that civilization as we know it didn't topple.

In a professional place I would feel embarassed for her and maybe let her know that they are visible. If he was some casual thing I'd probably take a nice long look and wonder why they are pointing. :)

I find it extremly attractive and a real turnon . Sadly the 60s is gone though and the bra is back to stay for now. In a professional setting I arnt looking at a womans breasts I am listening to what she has to say as much as i can. but in the end its you who has to be comfortable and i just wish more woman out there felt like you do.

I actually think it's kinda hot and sexy seeing that. But as a male I suppose that kind of goes without saying. I'm not so uptight that I believe, as some might, that there is a time and a place for that, I feel that is she feels like dressing like that then that is her prerogative and she should be allowed to do so without any negative looks or comments from others.

It's always nice to see a woman's nipples, and I don't mind if she has low-hanging breasts. All natural, all good. Maybe I'm just one a them ol' hippies! But I hope I'm able to appreciate what's there without embarrassing the lady. After all, if us guys make a woman uncomfortable, she'll be more covered up next time we meet, and wouldn't that be a shame. Seriously, there are plenty of women who think bras are uncomfortable--no surprise there--and if the world is shocked at the idea of normal healthy breasts that aren't being strapped up tight, I say the world needs to get used to them.

Without a bra, not for me. I have a prejudice and think it looks trashy and slutty.

Nipples showing naturally, exactly, like ray of sunshine! Well said. I think the occasional voyeuristic opportunity is nice and of course, does NOT reflect badly on the girl at all.

P.S. I hate padded bras. Misleading.

in a professional setting a pair of hard nipples motivates me to work better, harder, faster and makes me want to actually come to work.

in non-professional setting such as supermarket ? i donoe, is there a guy already hanging around ? do you look like you could use another ?

I managed a few specialty food stores where you had to go in the cold box for extra product, and in the summer when clothing is lighter. That would happen to the girls {stiff nips}I always knew when I came back from lunch who was working and who was not.Not complaining mind you--if you know what I mean.

Mom, I can't tell if you're being playfully sarcastic or truthfully bitter. If it's the latter then I have to call you, and other women that think like this, on this attitude.

Some women complain about men acting like pigs when they dress in somewhat revealing clothing. Like with anything in life, you have to take the good with the bad. On the positive side you're going to get smiles, winks, and overall positive male attention. Doors will be opened for you, compliments thrown at you, the occasional warning instead of a speeding ticket. Conversely, on the negative side, you will get crude comments and gawks. So what?? Very few things in life come without a cost. It's not gonna kill ya. Grow a thicker skin.

And if your comment was said totally in jest, Mom, then I apologize in advance.

An occasional glance, but no more. It is less attractive as a beautifull face. A face has beautifull features, amazing eyes, tits are just tits, regardless of nipples. And there has to be a mind behind it all...

Ok, for the record, some of us have erect nipples almost all the time, regardless if it's cold or not, it's how we are and I think I am damn lucky to be that way, tyvm. It can be a sign of arousal, or being cold, but not always; mine are real, so throw any theory a few of you may be formulating that it's because of surgery, mine are ALL real.

As for the bra thing; I cannot wear a bra presently. I had a medical procedure done earlier this month and because of where it was done, it's painfull to wear a regular bra, so I have been wearing camis and that sorta thing, so I have some sorta support, even sports bras are uncomfortable right now.

So far, no one has noticed I haven't worn one since early April unless they knew about the medical thing, even then, it's not a big deal. My nipples aren't visible in the camis I wear; I double check before I leave the house, justincase [I live in a more conservative area]. If a man makes a comment about my nipples, we better be in a relationship; if not, it's crude and lude.

When I can and do wear them, I have a nice collection to choose from, I wear what I want and what is right for what I am wearing.

Wouldn't blame any woman out there for not wanting to wear one if they aren't doing anything athletic as per what I hear from woman friends and girlfriends. It may also speak to how secure she feels about herself too...

Some people like myself have a problem wearing stuff they don't have to as it is. Even just a watch, much less anything like a class ring or something, just gives me the subtle feeling of being confined a bit. Like feeling free so will only wear as little as I can get away with without offending anyone. So could be a similar case, just let them wear or not wear whatever they are comfortable with...

Nipples in a business setting is very distracting. I always wonder if they know that they're showing, can't be intentional can it? Of course no bra is nice but some woman, mostly older, defiantly need a bra at all times.
