it does lead to drug crimes, murders ect. but if people generally want to pay for sexy time, i dont see what the problem should be, as long as your not doing those crimes your safe.
what ever happen to just calling up your sexy time buddy?
its not hard to go to BWS pay like 30 bucks and drink it away with watching a movie. just like normal people do.
I used to work 3 on 1 off then vice versa and i still managed to not have to pay for sex therefore personaly i would not pay for sex, however wouldnt mind been paid to be laid, thats a bit of a bonus just there, dosnt mean i would illegally be having sex or that im a postitute it just simply means that instead of buying the alcohol to get me drunk and money for the taxi and an apartment, it just goes straight to the person.
well so technically both views are muetrallty correct
however been a bit of a law person my self i can definatly tell that you have studied law(greg) and perhaps one day you will be defending somone of doing this act, would your views change to get off this?
but anyway your all too old for me but if i was a 25 year old i would post an ad saying free sexy time - then it ont be classed as illegal as im not been paid, and we all win . | |

I have worked for girls who get paid for sex,

'When you go to a pub, presumably to pick up a girl or man for a one night's stand or more, then you really don't know what you are getting yourself into, whereas, a working girl, e.g. one who gets paid for sex, has to by law, have a medical check each month.
Does that girl you picked up at the pub last week and stayed with her for the night, have a health check, is she totally STD free?

This is where I disagree. It's the fact that it's illegal that leds to crime. As happens with other vices. Prohibition, "Underbelly" story, etc.

Without meaning to be rude, good for you, but so what? Not everyone is as successful or lucky as you. Number of times I've picked up in a bar: 0. Sex for some men (and women) is easily available, but for others it's rare if not outright impossible. No one pays for sex by their preference (well, a few do) but when you're as old and ugly as me you might have to change your tune :) | |

Well, in an ideal world that's very reassuring, but in the real world I don't think it's all that simple.
I'm going to take a guess that this girl you pick up in a bar may not have had a raunchy time since last Friday (or last pay day) when she was also horny and drunk . . as usual. It's also true you don't know what she may have picked up in the last month.
The working girl on the other hand has had . . what . . maybe four or five clients per night over the last month. That could add up to one hundred guys or so and you know how it is . . sometimes for that extra $20 we could forget about the condom . . just this once.
Ya just don't know.
How much is that monthly STD check worth in any real terms. | |

I don't believe in needless sex with whom ever i happen upon but that is just me and y'all can do as you wish, we are all different. To a prostitute the sex wouldn't be needless it would be necessary on my end it would be needless. I've been without for over a year and a half now so sex doesn't matter any more. | |
