The New River Rules created by the New Braunfels City Council, "DO NOT" apply in Canyon Lake, Texas where Mountain Breeze Camp is located!!! They only apply "within" the "City Limits of New Braunfels".
(Canyon Lake is 12 miles from the City Limits of New Braunfels, so there is no chance of crossing into the City Limits of New Braunfels on any of River Sports Tubes' float trips.)

6 ounces Jello (large package)
16 ounces Water (boiling)
10 ounces Water (cold)
7 ounces Everclear (or 10 oz of Vodka or Rum)
Mix the jello mix with the boiling water until the powder is fully dissolved and add the cold water and alcohol. Pour the cooling mixture into paper cups. You can turn the cup inside out, and eat them easier then plastic cups. Let sit in the fidge overnite to set.
If you keep them in the cooler they wont melt. But if you are worried about it, and extra clear, flavorless gelitan to the mix.
Not sure, but I'll probably make about 500 (1 oz) shots for the weekend.  | |

6 ounces Strawberry Jello
16 ounces Water (boiling)
16 ounces Malt Liquor (Lonestar is my prefrence)
Mix the jello mix with two cups (16 ounces) of boiling water until the powder is fully dissolved and add the malt liquor. The cold water called for by the recipe on the box is replaced by the malt liquor.
This is for all the classy drinkers out there...
