So, you reckon we'll need to bring ear plugs for the noise from the guns?

Hi RhinestoneLady,
yes i remember the Marquee & some of the Best & Biggest Irish Showbands ever to appear in Glasgow, was a great venue & still is. I agree with you some of the Members don't like there space being taken up with proper Dancers LOL. Never did learn any of the Line Dancing LOL. But the will show them .
Scrummy if any hook up to MYSPACE. MUSIC they will hear a couple of bars from 4 songs by BLUE HORIZON, If using their Search Engine Type in BLUE HORIZON UK, as there is an American Duo bye the same name., BLUE HORIZON were there at the end of March, to get another booking so Quickly, is obvious they must be very good & listening to them on MYSPACE, i certainly agree. It will be a good night.

Wooo.....McGeachu and Rhinestone lady are giving their ages away now I'm sure the band will be great and at the end of the day it's what people themselves make of the night, it's something different and you can't knock it till you've tried it.

Lomander....you will not be propping up any bar....you'll be up on that dancefloor so get learning boy

Hi Scrummy,
you got it mixed up, i'm only 16, PoF got it wrong & mixed the numbers up, I was there in my previous life
Yes i agree everybody will make their own mind up & to some it will be a new experience , but a fun night , it always is when the meet up & friendly.
Vinallaice , you don't have to worry, its not just LINE DANCING, The others DANCE IN LINE , Seriously Dance whatever way you want, Go there & enjoy yourself , & to be honest not everyone dresses in Western Gear or Line Dances, , but go to enjoy the Atmosphere & the Cheap Booze .

I am fairley new to this & new pc (reason for no photo at present) went to G.O.O. regularly for quite a few yrs. I just had to join in when u said about getting a fright, i took a crowd of friends one sat. one went to the bar was on way back with round of drinks when 1st shoot out started , got such a fright the tray of drinks went up in the air & he thought he was taking a heart attack, lol it was that busy i couldnt get to warn him. I will sign up 2nite & i am looking forward to it havnt been there for yrs, is dressing up optional sharon? look forward to meeting u all there it should be a great night & im not that good at line dancing either. louisa
