I also want to know who will be doing the frisking? Can we select our friskers, or is it luck of the draw?
I spoke with an out-of-towner earlier today, and he may be joining us tomorrow! Not certain, it involved a relative allowing him to bunk with them overnight. And before someone gives me trouble, I would've offered, but I am full up with grandpa & lots of very active kittens! No room at the Inn! | |

I sure hope no one notices me .. lol ... then after 5 minutes POOF im gone ... I know I wouldnt fit in ... lol ... This is great idea on having these events cause some ppl are realy needing it in their lives and others like the ones I have read about on here are just party animals ... lol ... Send a message to jodie-k (the host) and/or kdbugg (co-host) and/or mshenny and/or Jazzmin and tell them your new, shy and want to come join but need help. These guys will work with you. They will give you cell phone numbers, come meet you out in the parking lot and walk you in, they will introduce you around and then you'll know people. No more being shy and staying away. These are people who regularly attend events and always offer up help to new members. And there are a lot of others also but these are some that are signed up to attend this event. Once you come to one and meet these people you'll be able to come to the other's since they'll be there to. And each time you come you'll meet more and more people. No more being scared. But it's up to you. Sit at home alone being scared or send a few email messages and see what happens. So get to typing  .

Posted: 4/12/2008 11:40:59 AM | I feel the way as BluEyesNSmiles.....I'm shy around lots of people. I do okay around small groups (like not over 5 in the group)but not like this magnatude....LOL
NITEOWL told me about this event since I'm just in Odessa and I don't get out at all since my work injury then having 2 surgeries on my hand. He figured I needed to get out, have some fun and meet some really kewl people from POF....  and the fact that I could probably find this place better than FunkyTown or someplace in the city since I'm not from this area.
Where's all the guys at? I see mostly women. I'm a recovering alcoholic so if I do decide to come out.....this will be a big test for me since I haven't touched a in almost 14 years.... . It's not been easy here lately with all that's going on in my life, which is why I hid my profile and the fact that I've met some really rude men on here but I do know that there are good people out there and from reading all the forum posts....yes, I read every single one looks like this will be a really great bunch of people to meet... Who knows? I might even meet someone special right? I love to play pool and darts but haven't in a long time since I don't get out
Hope to talk to everyone later....just sucks this is a non-smoking place.... Maybe Ray (NITEOWL) will talk me in to coming out anyways later when he calls me.
QUESTION: What kind of music does this band play? Country, old rock(it's the bomb), new rock or what?    | |

I love jazz and r&b, soul, country....well anything as long as I can understand what they're saying.... and it has a good beat, I can deal with it.
