I won't deny there are a lot of rather evil chips that have sprung from the great block of God. They should try to listen a bit more to their intuition or "higher self". When their life here ends and they return to the God state they will realize what a waste their time on earth was. They may be forced to lead a very painful subsequent lifetime to work off all that bad karma. | |

Posted: 4/19/2008 3:56:42 PM | I think Homer Simpson answered it best...it is because He is very very powerful...but also very insecure. A lot like Barbra Streisand before James Brolin (aside - He's been such a rock for her).
Or the short of it is, no, the idea that a god needs to be worshipped in the conventional paternalistic sense, to me, doesn't make any sense.
However, if one views worship as an attempt to commune with the divine, to identify with it rather than regarding it as a Creator vs. created schism, then I can see it in that sense.

the bible say who has eye, can see and who has ear can listen
it is so simple God creator all things good or bad even he create Saint at once Lucifer
but he want to be like God or even more
this is how it is...God give us free will...he do not need us...but we are humans and is all the appositive We need him, and his grace, peace, blessing, love
God have all the power...but we don't
and if we do not sick for his help and the more we don't want him in our life at all
boner we are...it is all about energy, good vive's, goodwill, if you don't pray your soul gets weaker, and the evil know this putty well and when we sick for god and even better we thank him, we love him for all the good that he has done since the begging of the creation we protect our soul from evil...so that is the secret he only want our self to protect from all evil...this is real as you and I reading and witting
the more you worshipped God the more you protect your self. it is a mystery that I understood long ago and I want to share with you
it is like your first communion little cloth...try to wear it today to see if it will fit in your body
that is the way your faith is, very little like your first communion dress...look for God
and sick for his words of life and you will be in good way to a better life
God say I put in front of you the good, and the bad and you choose
if you choose the good you love him and you love your self, but if you choose the bad
you are choosing the god of darkness and he does not love any one and he is like a lion
trying to devour your soul and ultimately destroy you, so you go to hell
but God is here...all we have to do is pray and follow his word of life the is in the Holy Bible. IT is a promise I will be with you until the end of time...only those that stay faithfully to his word...God have mercy on all of us...all the glory is to God, Amen | |

mainly by virgins, female virgins, 18 and above.

All it tells me is that she wanted some exercise and, under her breath, was probably cussing you to “get the freaking lead will ya?” LOL | |

i am not certain that God wants to be worshiped, other humans may want us to but maybe God doesn't
My view is similar. I say if you want to worship something, go head, but don't expect others to follow.

I disagree... those who learn by experience and grow in knowledge do not claim to worship any one thing. Being open to new ideas things can and do change as we progress… to “worship something” is far too cliché a term for me. | |
