It is this great idea that LVL had, you get 3-5 minutes with each person so you meet tons of people... so when the party starts you know some people! Seriously. It is fun, too. Try it and come.

Posted: 4/20/2008 8:21:55 AM | Heeeeeeyyy everybody, it's party time again!!! Sounds like another good time. Hope to make this one but I already had plans for this night. I told my good friends The Brass Knuckle Band, that I'd be there to support them that night by being there to dance with their girl groupies with no partners, but maybe I can make both or better yet, have someone to go to both with me... now that would be fun... two great parties in one night...
~Damsell, I'm still mad you made me sick all week and we didn't even have a dance. Sniffle.... I'll get over it. Just wanna say be careful what you ask for... you may have a hundred guys knocking at your door wanting to help you out and I'd be one of the first. Imagine that... one of us popping out of your luggage when you get to your room in Reno. LOl!
~Dennie and joanne If I make it to this one, you're gonna have to put up with me cuz I'm so shy, don't know too many people, and won't know how to act without my personal dance instructor nearby to help me out with her helpful pointers.... seems to me she'd rather be busy packing 25 pairs of shoes for a 10 day trip rather than be with her friends before she leaves town... lol

Well hey, five whole minutes of your undivided attetion.... now that's what I'm talking about... if there's that real connection rather than just another forced connection on a Saturday night under the influence of alcohol.... I won't even have to drink. lol Btw, I'm not too sure if I'll participate in the speed meets... being the shy guy and all... lol.. and I've met someone who I like a lot.... but we shall see... I enjoy meeting new friends and having good fun
I'm still not sure if I'll make this one but I'm gonna look forward to it and let my autopilot steer me... maybe I'll make my bud jimbski happy by not showing up since he told me he wants all the women to himself. LOL
if not this one maybe on the 3rd...

Just a heads up ON THIS GROUP!! Be prepare to have alot of fun.
Came up for Karaoke for Wed. the April 16 and had a blast. Even tho I got more of Germ Ladies cooties and she wasn't there. The whole table about had a cold. Well most of us did, we used all of Dennie's tissues.
Carol who was not at our table, is a hoot. This group will more than make you welcome. No, somebody don't hate you!!
Guys behave tho, or there is more than enough Men that will set you straight. This is a group of Lady's not somebody you grab or talk down to. If you touch and was not invited ,WATCH OUT. Beware the Ladies can more than handle thereself tho. As 1 man found out, no seat for you, no more at our table, THANK-YOU very much, Dennie set him straight. LMAO Also don't sit between 2, or your ribs might be sore for laughing so hard.
I'm not going to list all I met, because am sure will miss someone and don't want to hurt anybody feelings.
Just that this group WECLOME me with open arms and I came in all the way from Tennessee to just watch a FEW sing. All have GREAT voices, I didn't. Have a lousy voice and can't carry a tune.
To all newbies, as they say, go you will have a GREAT time.

P.S. I hope also gas comes down by July, cost me well over $150.00 to drive home. Most expensive state Michigan, what you do with all that tax, leave your roads under constuction all year. Why can't they all be like Groose Point? Now there are some nice and smooth roads.  This was a joke, gas is HIGH everywhere!! | |
