| Plentyoffish Music using IMEEM - How To Use Posted: 8/1/2009 11:13:58 AM | | Likewise. In the Quick Sign Up box, under the Year drop-down menu, the years range only from 2009 to 2019. It's not a "valid" range. Therefore, it won't let me sign up. | |

| Plentyoffish Music using IMEEM.com - How To Use Posted: 8/1/2009 4:29:42 PM | Imeem wont play and is very annoying dangling there doing nothing.
Imeem wont go away, even if I remove the code.
Please, how can I get rid of this thing?
I don't like things that don't work. This is why I am single.

| Plentyoffish Music using IMEEM.com - How To Use Posted: 8/1/2009 4:40:10 PM | ^^^ Make sure in Edit you clear the Imeem Embed Code: box then scroll down and click the "Update Profile" button. That will save the change.
For people having problems with the "Year" drop down box signing up to Imeem, I just went to the Quick Sign Up page and the drop down looks fine. It goes from 2009 all the way down to 1901.

Yep, you have to click both the "Save" and "Update" buttons to have the change take effect.
Yes, this USED to work. Imeem doesnt work for me at all at the moment. I have been a active member of IMEEM for AWHILE now so I know both ways of adding the Code/Music player to profiles, and the "direct link"/code COPY/PASTE and the "Save"/"Update" does not work, or the "Emeded this on Tagged.com" on the Song's profiles on Imeem does not work. I have tried both Plentyof fish and my Imeem password on this Imeeem Auto-"Embed" feature (which are different), and each ime it says "successfully updated" and my old Brad Paisley's "Waitin' on a Women" is still there. No updates. Im trying to add Jason Aldean's "She's Country" but no luck.
First Imeem doesnt play the old songs, and now therr broken and MAYBE "stealing" passwords now?? What gives, guess it's time to change my plentyoffish password now. Oh, let's not forget the New Imeem spam that started flowing to my Email inbox recently.
Thanks to all those that care about this post's honesty. -All best.

| Plentyoffish Music using IMEEM.com - How To Use Posted: 8/1/2009 7:05:55 PM | If you just want to change the Paisley song for the Jason Aldean song, do these steps.
1) Bring up the Aldean song in Imeem and "View" it (should open up a new window). You will see the "Embed" box that should start with the "div style" tag. Simply left click inside of the box and the code will highlight. Right click on the highlighted part and select "Copy" on the pop up menu.
2) Go to POF and click on your Edit page. Substitute the code you just copied with the code already in the "Imeem Embed Code:" box (it looks like it's still the Paisley song) by pasting over it. Wipe the old code out first if that's easier or to avoid confusion.
3) Save the change by clicking the "Save" and "Update" buttons on the page.
4) Double check to make sure the save took by viewing your profile and letting the Imeem box load. If it still has the old song or doesn't display at all you need to do it over again.
