I am finishing up just a few minor projects around the house and a few personal things. And then I will be having my new ...along with my old...friends over!!!!

Posted: 5/25/2008 10:53:01 AM | No way!!!! i am tooooo old to do it TWO nights in a Row! lol. don't forget..when I left you guys, I had to meet up with my other friends. So I didn't get home until almost 3:00 a.m. Whew!!!
And yes...I will behaving everyone over in a few weeks. Just gotta focus on catching up a few things first. And I need to find out which weekend in June my parents are coming in for a visit.
Next weekend, Satruday night the 31st...I will be going to see a band at BANNERMAN'S in Bartlett off of Rt 59. They are supposed to be awesome! | |

Posted: 5/25/2008 12:56:16 PM | | It is more than likely a $5 cover like most bars are when there is a band. The bar is HUGE sports bar! The only thing I will say, and I know it probably only matters to me, lol.....but the dance floor in this place is paint concrete with what seems to be a polyurethane finish over that. And so for some reason, when you wear spikey heels on this type of finish and try to dance, it seems sort of slippery. So I tend to wear my thick chunky heels to this place with my Levis. Probably would wear my black v-neck t-shirt if it weren't in Switzerland right now!!!! lol. (Sheesh...really need to go see if Kohls has more of those in stock!) | |

I ran into a friend of mine at the W.B. and was telling him about it and he had no clue but he was sure glad I told him. And he is tall and likes to dance. We need more people like that. I have been trying to get the word out through the media (the POF creator is now a millionaire) but I could not find enough people to interview about POF exp./events that would not object to using their last name and home town in the article (plus they would have to be in my circulation area) which is more west and north suburbs. )  Oh well, maybe another time. By the way sorry I left without saying goodbye...but I got so tired and you guys were so involved in the game I didnt want to interrupt  | |
