Thank You Spanky and Kbugg. this campout was awesome. Had a great time.
I have so many tales on my self alone not to mention Kat, moonshine, JJ etc. LOL
And Moonshine, dont' expect too many kisses like that from my bf. LOL | |

As much as I loved POF Woodstock with our private camp site , the DJ dance & our gracious host (who by the way knows how to shake his groove thing hee hee), I'm wondering if we can find some place closer to KC. Of course we wouldn't be able to get as wild & crazy in a public camp ground but I think we could do a tame version of Woodstock closer to KC .

Posted: 6/3/2008 6:30:16 AM | | I got 10 acres that you all can camp out on. Just have to clear it more and get it mowed but close to a few more things. But I truely enjoyed the drive there and everything Spanky had to offer. He did alot of work for us and I am so thankful. | |

It was so nice & the Dr was so good to us (fixing our shocking experiences & getting us tp hee hee, cooking breakfast, making the cool shirts etc...) I was just trying to see if we can drag some KC people out from behind their monitors if we had something closer to them & getting thoughts or ideas. I would luv to make POF Woodstock at least a yearly thing. It's closer to me than KC & the only thing on the road that I about ran over was that deer (green with the big tires lol) | |

i like the state parks, watkins woolen mill state park has a great camp area. quite time after 10pm. there is boating (small engines only) fishing, and a good beach. i left this event and took my grands there. we stayed till tuesday. | |

Posted: 6/7/2008 2:14:58 PM | | another place is truman state park. i prefer the state park area. they have a great picnic area. you can set your boats in, picnic, swim and fishing all in that same place. there are cabins close and tenting areas. we used to do that with a group of friends. had wonderful times | |
