Changing First Name

Changing your name isn't a big deal. A lot of people go by their middle names or nick names without having it legally changed. For example, I know a lady named Margaret, whom everyone calls Peggy, Roberts are Bob, Harry wanted to be called Ed, but everyone still calls him Harry...etc. In fact, I actually have come to like the name I have and am proud our family name...I would keep my maiden name even after getting married. So to each their own, boils down to individual preference. Legally, it's not a big deal, you pay a service fee, sign some documents and voila. Anyone see the Friends episode where Pheobe changed her name?
