| Camping-Buffalo Pound Provincial Park-Moose Jaw/Regina area Posted: 6/5/2008 11:29:37 AM | Hello sparkel123, sorry you can't make it for the camping. We'll miss you. Everyone is welcome to come. If toone town takes a peak on the events they will (hopefully) think about coming out. I sure missed the boat when I took a quick peak the other day. I should have read to the last page not just the end of the first page.
Hello to cathy 123, fuzzykin, karen m c4u, greeyedgurl, shadowskeeper1, Irish Angel, Bertrand Taylor, Charpa, chevyman 08 firstbelle, hotsaskguy 18, lonefiderfbx, missmelanie, nitrosask 01 and p.a.guy. It's been very good reading checking out all your comments. I sure hope some of you plan on coming out. My Scottish buddy and I would love to meet all of you. As for those of you without a camper, van, tent or other method of accomodation - not to worry. I'm a scouter from way back - okay not that far back- and if you bring a chunk of plastic I'll show you how to build a shelter of sorts. If that doesn't catch your interest then join some of the braver folk that like to sleep under the stars. We're out to have a litte not a lot of fun and a little adventure. If you're brining the lawn darts just remember that cupid's arrows are a little smaller so careful where you aim them. If you don't have anything to bring don't be shy just show up with your enthusiasm and we'll fill in the rest. Have a totally awsome week and see you soon. Bagheera's not on the prowl just checkin out all the interesting people.

I like the idea of the dual usage. Romantic lighting with no mosquitoes, now there's a reason to get some enthusiasm about coming out. As much as we'll miss the Saskatchewan bird.... NOT... we'll make up for the loss elsewhere I'm sure. I'd love to join you out in Alberta but this summer's booked already. Keep in touch, we love to meet new friends. I'm red wine girl so I'll have to have one of those for you instead of the rum. Hope you don't mind. As for misplaced, well I love the mountains but I agree I would miss some of the flatter forests. We'll be sure to think of you and maybe toast you while we're at it. Good to here from you. Bagheera's not on the prowl just fishing for friends.

| Camping-Buffalo Pound Provincial Park-Moose Jaw/Regina area June 20-23 Posted: 6/6/2008 11:47:09 AM | What no response? Boy do I feel invisible. I sure know how to "clear a room". Maybe I should just stay home for the weekend and let you all party on your own. Whatever it takes to be a good host as long as everybody has fun and enjoys the get together. Hey Scottish Soul maybe we should find a dunk tank! I'll bring the swim suit if you get people to warm up their pitching arm. Either that or I'll just stay put here and let you have all the fun with this crowd. They don't seem ready to warm up to me so maybe we should cool things off with a bit of water. LOL Bagheera's not on the prowl just trying to liven things up. | |

| Camping-Buffalo Pound Provincial Park-Moose Jaw/Regina area June 20-23 Posted: 6/7/2008 9:50:20 AM | Your welcome for the tip on the torches...... here is another little thing that is fun....for an icebreaker I do this..
I find as many different nuts and bolts as I can.....you will be surprised that there is really not that many when you try to get as many different as you can....so I color co-ordinate some...put paint on some....(matching the nut and bolt of course)
Then when I greet the people that come to the campout I give the guys a bolt...the women a nut...... during the evening they have to go around and chat with each other and then see if the the nut fits on the bolt.... if they get a fit.....they have to find me and they get a prize...... BUT they can't claim their prize until they tell me something about the other person so I know they had talked....lol This is a good way to get people out there talking AND for me to get to know all of them as they have to tell me something about each of them... We joke that that is the only thing we get to screw all weekend!!! lol I keep a stash of rubbers ( washers) for anyone that gets TOO friendly.....LMAO
The prizes I hand out is those little shooters you can buy at the liqour store.... and the cost is just added into the cost of the weekend so it is not costing you anything....
Have fun...!! | |

| Camping-Buffalo Pound Provincial Park-Moose Jaw/Regina area June 20-23 Posted: 6/10/2008 12:04:33 PM | Hey tankgirl99 you gotta find a female scouter to take care of that tree. Remember there is nothing (almost) that a man can do that a woman can't do as good or better. Keep trying on that tree or hire a beaver to come into the city. Bagheera's not on the prowl just looking for may ax. LOL | |
