I have a nasty head cold that is trying to settle in but I am still working on the party mood. Oh yea gotta patch my tent too since my van is out of commission. Nuts! Anyway lets get our party moods on!!!!!!!!

Posted: 6/20/2008 10:40:33 AM | Well it sounds like you all will have a blast!!! but due to a relapse week ago I am not strong enough to hook up and stock camper and drag 2 dogs along...........So i guess i'll camp in my back yard for now but i do hope you all will post about how the w/end went ........maybe someday I will find a b/f who likes to camp lol  wishful thinking!!!!!!

Oh great entertainment... with our own personal DJ, thanks for the great music. My co-host Bagheera32 wish to thank all those that attended. Many made the trip from Saskatoon, Dinsmore, Swift Current and Regina. For those that didn't make it or couldn't You simply lost alot of excitement and great memories. Shame on you. When we hold another You have to make sure you can attend. I want to thank my Co-host Bagheera32, job well done. I also have to give thanks to those who brought boats and provided more entertainment. Oh yes Missing_Link you will have to beat your time next time. You will have to quit fishing elsewhere and arrive sooner. Lol
There will be no pictures posted so as to protect the inocent and not so inocent.
We are in the process of organizing another event, so keep checking back. | |

Posted: 6/25/2008 10:57:20 AM | hey scottish what can i say i like fishing and getting there on friday night would have been a rush,as had truck trouble and was mixing some work in with pleasure,but i have to admitt the fishing was best at buffalo,caught a few nice walley!!!  thanks to you and whats her name ? for putting on such a great event,it was nice to see you all sat.eve.nice bon-fire great tunes etc etc. guess slept in on sunday morning  and missed you all as everyone was poof gone i guess you all went to church??-- looking forward to the next one,maybe i will try and beat my time as you put it,but dont hold your breath!! lol ---but hey i did show up and you know what they say better late then never.Great way to get together and nobody lost an eye,so was a good time .Have a great summer everyone.!!
P.S.--didnt get a chance to meet you, mr outdoors ,everyone said you were down for the count by sat eve.must have been something you drank ?? lol.you still have a beer coming from me for helping out tank girl.catch you next time . | |

Thanks so much for thinking of me and bringing some meds along. Hope you had a good sleep in on Sunday. Exam week is finally over and now I just have to survive Grad tomorrow and then I'm off and footloose for the summer. We're alredy in the planning stage for the next event as Scottish has mentioned. Sure hope to see as many of you at the next event. We had a lot of fun oops gotta run I need to catch a teacher quick. I'll be back later.

Posted: 6/25/2008 1:24:30 PM | Okay this is later. As I was saying we did have a lot of fun at Rankins. We had our own DJ service and we had our own entertainment as well as a willing boat owner to add to the festivities. It was a fantastic time to get to know each other. Thanks so much for the threesome Shadowskeeper we really appreciated that you made the effort to come out. We really enjoyed your company. We could have found room in our tents for you I'm sure. Poor Mr. Outdoors was saying his had room and I know mine did. Next time we'll hang on to you. LOL We'll try to hang on to the speed demon as well. We even picked up a few lost items and are working on returning them soon. Aren't we good hosts? LOL I have to toot my own horn on occasion although I have to thank everyone for their comments on my hosting. I did offer to dance on the table and I just might at the next one. I promise I will be well next time. Thanks so much for everyone that did come out. We really enjoyed your presence and thoroughly enjoyed getting to know you. As for the ones that didn't make it we missed you but we'll see you at the next one. I sure hope you are well enough to join us next time tankgirl. As for the family friendly events we did discuss that and we will do one of those as well. Well, my summer has started off with a blast and I'm ready for more.
