Posted: 4/24/2008 2:57:26 PM | | SWEETASADEVIL25 -- get legal help -- I have been stalked but not from this site so I left it out of my post -- then I read your's -- but I have been stalked -- twice and my children once (3 different people)-- my youngest son was kidnapped --- if what you're saying is true -- he's out there honey. The cops said the lady that kidnapped my son and stalked my kids was so "Out There" they didn't think she understood she was being arrested. Legal actions take time and no it usually doesn't work the first couple of times into court. Generally, after jail a few times they get the picture ... somehow ... legal actions are required after threats of this nature. Take heart in my case it took almost 2 years ... they get an understanding that this isn't so cool anymore. Don't wait for bad to turn worse ......... | |

~Kyn~.........................Where in my post did I ever say that blew someone off without telling them?? I love how you make judgments, and come to conclusions about what happened between me and someone else that I would go so far as to label as a stalker (aka a few french fries short of a happy meal). As I said in my previous post I can understand how the term "stalker" can be over-used therefore diluting it, but regardless I would classify these individuals as absolutely relentless and refusing to take NO for an answer. Ive HAD a real life stalker. Now if your post is even remotely serious...IMVEO (in my VERY experienced opionion) you are talking absolute crap.
I've had a couple, and just can't seem to shake them, they lie dormant for awhile then like clock-work re-appear out of the blue like nothing has ever happened and we're long lost buddies!
THIS ^^^ is NOT stalking. Whether its even harassment is debatable.
Stalkers follow the object of their desire for an average 10 fricken YEARS...they are mentally unstable people...they literally follow you around & ruin property & go through your mail & break into your home, go through your possessions & are often violent towards themselves as well as you...they know EVERYTHING about you.
With all due respect...you're wallowing in self importance & misrepresenting events.

So there I am, unpacking my car - setting up my tent (with the help of my 2 daughters!) and who should pull up to my campsite?! He decided that it' sounded so nice, he wanted to hike the trails himself'
So how the hell is that stalking. You hit it off with the guy, he wanted to SUPRISE you and spend time with you. This is the problem, you women are so brainwashed by the Police (because they make money off stalking by dragging people thorough the courts) , you think every time a man wants to do something nice and suprise you, he is a STALLKER.
I think this is a case of overusing the term, based on what you have written but you are a product of your society and indocrinated to believe that every man is a stalker. A man that was interested in you and wanted to make an impression and show you a form of committment by clearing his schedule to join you doing something you both loved and make it a pleasant suprise, that shit isnt real, the sonsa**** is a stalker, he has to be, thats what the police and the courts tell us, they wouldnt lie. WOULD THEY ?
Courtship = Stalking in society today, then we wonder why nobody can have a relationship. | |

You know how when you something is "Bad", you really mean it's Good"?
Like, "Man, that is SO BAD! Man!! Awesome!"
Well, same thing with "stalker".
If you've noticed on another social networking site where you can customize your lay out, I've seen some women put, "Stalk Me" next to their profile pic.
I think it actually means "Add Friend" or something.
Some women refer to men, who have crushes on them or simply LIKE Them as stalkers, and they actually think it's cute. They casually, go, "Yeah,h I have this 'stalker'"

I have had more than one stalker on here. And by stalker I mean women who couldn't take a hint and tried to add me on myspace, facebook, and even my yahoo messenger account, all of which I never gave to them. Some people do not understand what rejection means and choose to live in a fantasy world where rejection can be rationalized away, those people scare me. The absolute worst was one who showed up on my doorstep just before I was going to take my then girlfriend out to the club. I had a really fun time explaining that one.... not.

I had to go to the police repeatedly for help, change my phone number 4 times and even stop talking to my brother. He was finally charged and there's still a restraining order. Alot of you are joking about being stalked but I will never forget the fear that I felt for the year that it was going on.
You felt fear because a man was leaving you flowers ? So much so you had him thrown in jail.
WTF ever happened to trying to win back the girl ? I guess the same place all the good women are, not In the USA,.
Lets look at courtship in the animal kingdom, we are mamals. The male is persistent in pursing the female, that is all part of courtship. I guess we better call the revenue collector cops on all the male lions and tigers and wolfs and turtles and cows and pigs and horses and throw them all in jail and get a restraining order against them all on behalf of the females. (That is how the female ends up with a mate, by which male is the most persistent in courting her and we are animals, we just think we are smarter than the others, I am not so sure about that last statment being true)
Coursthip is ILLEGAL in the USA. That is why there are so many single people, the LAW legislated away the game of love. They did it so they could make money, every time someone appears in court it is money for the govt and many police are evaluated on how much money they collect from citizens through tickets. The laws are deliberately drafted so the average citizen will violate them at some point by acting naturally, and they use FEAR, to compell the citizens to comply, just like the Nazis and the Communists have done. | |

Posted: 4/24/2008 4:38:24 PM | yes ive had a few stalkers on here, one guy i met we had a one nite stand, he said that was cool and when i got home from work he was always outside my place, butt when he saw me he ran away, one guy i told him the addy of where i was staying and i saw him walking up and down my street and stopping in front of my building and looking up at the windows, i met one guy and his ex gf started stalking me, saying she was going to kill me that resulted in me calling the cops cuz she busted out my windows to my place, one guy stalked me for a bit and i had to get a restraining order on him cuz he tried setting my place on fire,, i told one dude where i worked and he was sitting in the restaurant for two days in a row staring at me until i asked my boss to kick him out. One guy i dated off of here started stalking me after i broke up with him that also resulted in me having to move 2 times and a few police reports also. butt one thing is for sure this site is aweosme to meet people no doubt bout that,, butt i wish we could screen em all sometimes lol! and yes im prolly the woman no one wants so thats why i end up meeting these winners (weiners i meant) for once id like to meet that one special guy that i can meet up with and not feel pressured to do anything besides chill. and not go all stalker on me after. one way u can tell if ur going to meet a stalker is if they act sketchy and have alot of issues. and now im careful when meeting people off of here. dont give out ur number or address unless you know the person your talking to or going to meet. | |

This is something our grandfather's did and he didn't get arrested, it was actually romantic.
Now..."AAAAAAH< I have a stalker...ARREST HIM ARREST HIM!!!!!!!"

I would be inclined to think that was stalking because there is the element of wantingto do harm.
The dictionary definition of stalking
2 : to go through (an area) in search of prey or quarry
I would think based on that definition to stalk somone you would have to want to do them harm or kill them.
A man leaving you flowers on your doorstep becaus you broke up with him or a mans showing up to go camping with you, where is the element of wanting to do harm ?
Now if everyone goes to your congress man and tells them the defintion of stalking as applied by law is INCORRECT based on the Dictionary the recognized authority on defining language, and tell your congressman to have those revenue collector police to go after criminals, not collect money for the city by STALKING citizens, MAYBE we could all find love.  | |

This girl made it clear that he couldn't win her back. I have the right to choose who I am involved with and to protect myself and my children and if that means having his ass thrown in jail then so be it. There is nothing wrong with a persistent male unless the female isn't interested and makes it clear. | |

2. parked outside my house all night
3.pounded on my door all hours of the night
4.used my daughter's msn to try to contact me
5.called my house in the middle of the night constantly
6.sent me at least 10 e mails every day
7.followed me everywhere I went
8.drove up and down my friend's street every day
9.watched us through my patio doors
10.threw flowers onto my yard and left other little gifts as well
This happened every day for six months...I'd think even you would get the hint after that long...then again .... | |

Nope, nobody wants to stalk me. What you do then is call the plant store and have them deliver some flowers to your doorstep, when the flower guy shows up to deliver your flowers, take and CALL THE COPS, that man is stalking you. LOL
Oh, I could take this and run with it! The mailman is leaving me all sorts of letters and stuff, the UPS man is leaving me gifts, and the Papa John's guy keeps leaving me pizza!
