Carpool up and split the cost, something to drink (no sense in getting blitzed!) and feree camping. This one should be a low cost event.

With nearly every local host being involed it should be a GREAT event, the best of all other events rolled into one... I wish it was 4 days long so we can have the time to do it all.

Calling all hosts we should probably meet at the facilities to do a dry run of what will happen and where get some things laid out etc... The games/activity hosts are not as critical are parking and camping, food and other facility related hosts.
