Everyone knows who Dr. Drew is right? Well he has said on radio talk that it can not be learned either you do or don't
Dr.Drew, a man , is now the expert on women's bodies? If I heard it from Dr. Ruth, I might be more inclined to believe it.
I am a woman. I am a physician. I didn't know about squirting until this past year.
I am 54. YES, it can be learned. This is the voice of personal experience.

Step 1: drink lots of water
step 2: put towels on the bed or an incontinence pad on the mattress... it can be LOTS of fluid
step 3: know where your g-spot is... if you don't... find it and go back to step 1 ;)
step 4: you will have to stimulate your g-spot rather vigorously for some time... basically you want to pull at it against your pubic bone essentially squishing (yes that is the technical term) your urethral sponge on your pubic bone from the inside.
step 5: try to relax your pelvic muscles as much as possible and if you feel you are about to orgasm bear down as if you're going to pee... female ejaculate does come from the bladder so it flows through the urethra like urine without being actual urine...
i would suggest using toys or a partner since at the moment of orgasm and ejaculation you are kind of out of it but must continue stimulating your g-spot...
some women say it's easier to achieve in a crouching position...

Posted: 3/6/2009 7:55:20 PM | As I read through this thread, I was intrigued to know what exactly this fluid that squirts out is. In researching this topic I found that it seems that it is very similar to male semen without the sperm. Interesting.
Also, it is thought that many women don't squirt because the initial feeling is that they are about to urinate, so they hold back and it never happens.
An article I was reading said that this holding back may be the reason that some women don't orgasm at all.

I never experienced a female ejacuation when I was younger, so I agree that it is one of the blessing for women as we age. There are many. I feel sorry for the guys that only want to date younger women. I would say the best thing to do is what I did. Go prop yourself up on some pillows on your knees with a towel and follow the instructions of DAVE632 in this forum and you will totally get it done girls!!!! If you need to push your pelvic up towards your chin a little to better reach that GSpot yourself then totally do so!
Did if just today and well, to say the least it was more then expected!

The sensation to P was not what I expected though. It was sort of like you need to urinate but really a totally different relaxed kind of feeling then that of urinating.... So it really was not hard at all. I would say that when women hear it gives you the sensation of urinating it throws em off a lot. Girls it is totally not at all that bad of a sensation, its just barely there until you squirt and that sensation goes away until your all done. You can totally feel the difference! Well, let me tell you that it finally happened last Friday! I think the key for me was being VERY aroused. Another thing that helped was the Kegel Exercise I had been practicing. I had been "strengthening" a certain muscle, I don't even know what it is called but you can find it by stopping the flow of your urine when you pee. I would flex that particular muscle when reaching my orgasm and it would give me a different and better feeling.
Now, the most important thing to do for me was to stimulate my G-spot. I felt the urge to pee and I knew I was getting very close. I hit my G-spot harder and kept applying pressure to it ... the urge to pee became more intense and at the same time I knew I was about to explode. It seems unbearable but just keep going until you can't take it any more and you'll explode like a gushing fountain.
It was an incredible experience. I couldn't believe I was able to do it on my own. I thought I would have to experience it with someone else, but you can learn how to squirt even on your own. The main thing to remember is to be very relaxed, the more your relaxed, the more you can squirt. I have found out too, you cant think about doing it while your having sex or it wont happen. You can goggles it and it will tell you everything you need to know.

Skene's glands have been suggested by some to be the source of female ejaculate. The fluid produced by Skene's glands is similar in composition to male prostatic fluid. This is not altogether unexpected since the lesser vestibular glands are homologous with the prostate gland (reference any text on embryology of the reproductive system for details). It is also worthy to note that the number, size, and location of Skene's glands is highly variable and are not present in all individuals. This may explain why the amount of female ejaculate varies, aside from arousal state, from individual to individual, and why some individuals are not capable of ejaculating no matter how hard they try. | |

Otherwise, it doesn't happen. I was suprised to learn that only 10% of women can do this. It's not always a plus though. Of course she hadn't had sex before I came along so it probably doesn't count. The second was my second wife. It was about two years into our relationship. According to her, though, it was the man that she cheated on me with that helped her to start squirting with me, though. Perhaps that doesn't count. The last one was 41 or 42 when I was able to make her squirt for the first time which has become quite common since then. We went through around two or three years of talking about what she likes the most, what position works best for her, how hard, how fast, where her G-spot is and all of that. When I LEARNED how to do it, I was taught by someone who very much liked to teach women how to do it. Though I was aware of it as a phenomenon, I'd never really been that interested in it.
So yeah, we got together with the express intention of him teaching me how and I walked away from that session having done it.
It took me another six months or so to be able to do it alone, but I was able to do it with him and other lovers after that first session.
So yes, it can be learned. | |

I am perfectly happy with the clitoral orgasm and don't find the g spot stimulation to be especially earth shattering. I have very strong control of my kegel muscles (no child birth) and tight vaginal muscles. I think being able to squirt (pee) means those muscles are weak and give in easily. If a guy wants a golden shower then I'm sure I could oblige, but I don't see how I am missing out by not making a mess and I have absolutely NO hangups about sex. | |
