Hey, if they die, they die... that's why there's always plenty more.

(Note to self... Ali may not be as gentle as she seems)

.. but I guess the morgue wouldn't be the best place for a first date!

I do know of a couple who met at a cemetery and eventually married.

Damn it, why can't you be a gay man?

Um...cuz, I don't like things up my keister?
But, I was wondering why you couldn't be a girl so we could be BFF's?

reminds me of the joke about the couple that were kissing passionately:
kisses on her neck, ears, cheeks, shoulders, eventually working down to her cleavage.
she gasps to him: "i want you to kiss me in my happy place"
-so he drove her to Disneyland!

Cuz I'm not a masochist.

That half came out wrong. LOL.

Magic Mountain... I don't know how they managed to design it so that to get to anything, you have to walk UPHILL!

(psst... yes Miss W's looks very E-Ticket today... )

Pete, step up here and let's measure you... um... oh, no... um, the sign says you must be this tall to ride The Wild Miss W. Sorry, no E-ticket ride for you today. Maybe a visit to Toon Town?

I don't think it's just one person, Pete. Do you want the entire list to be posted?

Church would be a really bad place to take a date. Unless you're both religious, both of the same faith, and are attending some special Christmas show or something like that of your religion. But like mass or Sunday services wouldn't be so much fun.

Why thank you Pete. I guess.

Hey Sock, stop trying to create another short guy thread, will ya? The Wild Miss W prefers Fantasyland, or Adventureland and not Toon Town.

no wonder my Submarine ride requires constant attention.

It was getting a lot of attention the day I was there but didn't get to ride it personally. In fact there was a loooong line waiting for it. It's a Small World was broken, and there was a malfunction with the BOB-sleds on the Matterhorn. I can't be blamed because it happened 2 hours after I rode it.

On topic: another place where you don't want to have to go with a date is to the ER.

I'm going to give you a pass on this one Sweetie... next time expect a wisecrack.

Next time think harder and you'll be able to come up with on, Pete.

Hmmm, I'd take someone to Magic Mountain. Especially if it said they liked to climb mountains. in their profile. I also thought the Bodies exhibit would now work but we know now it does for some. There has to be some place we can all agree on not to go.

How about Legoland in Carlsbad. Absolutely nothing for the date as it is a kids only park from what I understand.

Yeah, and thanks to Miss W’s adventures, there was no power left for the Main Street Electrical Parade that night. (But apparently, there WAS some sort of afterglow…)

OT: Don’t take your date to dinner at Jeffrey Dahmer’s Home Style Restaurant. Their motto is: If You Don’t Like Our Neighbors, Try the Vegetables.

The vegetables are rather labor intensive, when you have to remove all those tubes and wires before you eat them.

And hey, I like Legoland! They have some rides... And bring your bathing suit. It's a blast.

Really at Legoland? Hmm, i have to confess I've never been.

Wow , this is really starting to look like a pointless thread now. My apologies to the crowd eager to have the answer as to why that last date bombed out.
