Most women fake orgasms at least some of the time because they refuse to be vulnerable. Faking them prevents experiencing the real thing. So sad. Too many men have never been with a woman who really has orgasms--they don't know a real orgasm from a fake. | |

Posted: 5/2/2008 9:17:51 AM | Most of these studies are simply done at end of budget year to burn up excess funds to ensure next years funds won't drop. Researchers use this as filler money as well.
The study itself has statistically problems sufficient to make most people with decent understanding of math to go into convulsions.
The only value of the study is to indicate that people are more comfortable with like minded people so the only effect that is being picked up is that people 1+ standard deviations outside of the norm are less compatible with the norm. We already knew this.
It is however true, that people with significantly higher intelligence 1+ SD's, have fewer different sexual partners compared to the norm. Again, this shouldn't surprise anyone since ... you are most compatible with like-minded people. Any characteristic difference outside of norm will give the same result.
But good god man, comparing the sexual behavior of Germany to North America, is just nuts. North Americans are far more "reserved". | |

Brain power rules and there is nothing better than a woman that has let go of her inhibitions, and used her thought process to be even better. Put that with a man that is the same and can think with something larger than his**** and you have the best combination possible.......

Posted: 5/8/2008 12:26:34 PM | I would agree that many smarter ladies need verbal intercourse as well as physical to achieve orgasms. Finding out what a woman responds to and then providing that can be a challenge, but it has always been worth the effort.
There's not much more rewarding than weaning a gal off the vibrator because she learns to trust you, and knows that she can be completely open and honest with you. That you're not just going to roll over and go to sleep after you've taken your pleasure. Knowing that her pleasure comes from how you stimulate her mind as well as her body, and that it is literally possible to talk her to orgasm.

In the study 62 per cent of women who had completed their education said they often had problems achieving orgasm.
Only 38 per cent of women with a lower educational qualification said they had such problems.
Obviously, the less-educated women didn't understand the word "orgasm," or had no idea what was meant by "problems," while the educated women, obviously smarter than the interviewers, decided to mess with the statistical base.
Oh wait, it was a German study? Pffft. Irrelevant, as it has nothing to do with beer or world domination.

I wouldn't be able to tell my guy what I like, and how to increase the intensity of those orgasms...
In fact, if my continuing curiousity (intelligence) about sex didn't drive me to read just about every book, pamphlet, and article on the subject I have come across, I would never have finally discovered at the age of 29 that I could actually have multiple orgasmic ejaculations!

It depends on a woman's testosterone levels and the experience of the man in her life and her since of liberty with her body and knowledge of her erogenous organs. Also, a lot of highly educated people are usually ambitious working 60+ hours a week (attorneys, doctors). Too tired to have sex, right? ALSO, there is a lack of opportunity for above-average IQ females to find mates. Men are definitely intimidated by us. I am only attracted to men who give my brain a test run.
For your info: a lot of menopausal women are on testosterone. Good luck keeping up with us in the sack!! HA! | |
