Agreed - I have a bikini pic (old news here) as well, but I don't care if I ever meet anyone or how they take it. They offend me, I block and move on...I've been sent messages and accused of looking for attention, etc etc. These are total strangers, so I don't pay them much mind.
One guy, who I said I would meet in person... got so mad I wouldn't give him a nude pic.. I blocked him. Is everyone that frickin' instant gratification oriented these days????
Some are, and will act like wolves in sheep's clothing. The pic will actually screen men like this out, because they can't help but ask for nude pics (or more of you scantily clad)...if anything it's a blessing because you can separate them from the rest. I'd keep it there.
WHY AREN"T GUYS LIKE THAT JUST LOOKING AT PORN SITES IF THEY JUST WANT TO WANK OFF????????? ISN"T IT MUCH EASIER FOR THEM TOO?????
Most either don't like that porn sites cost money, or that they are impersonal (which I find hysterical, online is no different). | |

For many? I dunno... I met quite a few people from this site, not a single one made THAT a prerequisite.
Such requests usually come from morons in the first email that they send, and that gets them blocked right away.

If you've already agreed to meet with a guy and he's not happy with a simple "no we'll wait on the pics...", then it's s good thing he stopped contacting you, saves you the trouble of blocking him.
I've gotta admit that even though I know why these guys do it (sort of), I don't understand why they would insist and get mad if you don't send 'em pics. You're right, porn is easy enough to find. Why spend all the time wooing and flirting just to get a few nudie pics? And if it's a gal you plan on meeting and getting to know better why bring it up and risk pissing her off?
If SHE brings it up or wants to swap pics... well that's different, nooooo problem. But it just doesn't make any sense to be pushy about it. | |

Its been stated many, many times.....guys are VISUAL! So, they see a pretty sexy pic, and they want to see MORE. They saw the bikini picture, and they wonder whats UNDER it. Theres no emotional attachment there, purely physical. Im old....im 45, and while I appreciate a nice form, I have to say that just as important as the physical form a woman has been given is the intellectual form she has been given. I know this is going to be wasted on most of you, since its a long post....and Im guessing more gals are reading this than they guys. Anyhow, a hot chick with low intellect is JUST eye candy....not good for anything else than that. Give me a fair body any day, just fair, and a good intellect, and this gal will rock my world every day of the week, whereas, Miss Hotbod will bore the living crap out of me in a very short time. I dont even bother with them anymore. One email, at the most two, and I can usually determine what Im dealing with.
I dont know Crackbunny, or what her intellect is, and dont pretend to know. She could be a genius, or not. I do know that if I were a woman, I would try to put up a picture here of my smiling face, maybe a full body picture to showcase my form, and would come up with an erudite profile which shows my sense of humor, intellect, and overall good nature. There are multiple answers to this.
1.) They think women think like men. If you thought like a guy, you'd be sending out naked pictures all the time. These guys think sexual talk and pictures will get the woman horny and willing to meet him. We just wished that worked. Well, at least I wished that worked.
Unfortunately, women won't tell us what really works. They give us answers, but those don't seem to really work and is just wishful thinking on both sides as far as I'm concerned. I'm beginning to think, the only real method is just dumb luck, and try everything.
2.) You just created a situation where a guy has to pretend to like you, so that he can get sex. Congrats. You've created a player environment by making it a requirement. He could be honest, but that would ruin the chances of meeting the person. So now, how can you tell the difference between someone being sincere, or just trying to charm your pants off to the point where he can get his own naked pictures?

I think this can be used as an excellent screening tool. If a guy contacts me supposedly looking for a serious relationship, but starts asking sex questions very quickly, then I know he is nowhere near serious and is just looking for a fling or someone to flirt with. Keeps me from investing a lot of time trying to really get to know someone who isn't really interested in anything beyond the physical.
I'm curious where I can apply for a passport to Man-land, or status as Associate member of the Clubhouse?

Let's put it this way, it strikes a 'certain chord' in a man when he might gaze upon an attractive female form ...and especially one he might 'bump' in-person.
Perhaps, the men wish to view the 'lay of the land/lady' that they care to explore ...after they are convinced that she is worth meeting.
Any woman who's already got her mind and heart made up to be so insecure about a man's intentions [and you're likely not too wrong for a significant number of them and these], is the biggest turn-off for me ...as a person. The nudes pics are lovely ...or were, till one so-initially-obliging woman showed herself in a way that I believe is not how a friend treats a friend, and I deleted her 'advertising'.
Glad that I did, even if I crave to gaze upon the naked form of a woman ...and especially when her loving self cannot be w/ me. So very 'hooked' am I on who I met here, got to know as person and friend ...beyond imagining just what I was almost not ready to realize for a woman who also did both so well.
