Some women will send nude photos to those that ask OR some that won’t.

You missed a bit of what i said. I think those who accuse women of indicating their morals by how they dress in a POF profile picture as being overly judgmental . But that is not important.
I DID assume that folks here can READ. I do NOT assume that a bikini shot indicates a woman is a whore.
I said "many would accuse ", NOT " I think this way".
What i was trying to point out is pretty simple :
Pick one hundred people here and ask them a question about sex/ nude pictures/ bikini pictures/

Guys ask because some girls will send them.
Bikini pictures seem to attract some of the guys and some of the scum.
You are advertising - what is your target market and what kind of photo will attract the kind of guy you want?
I didn't see your bikini pic, so I have no clue what it looked like, and cannot comment on that pic specifically. However, I have seen other pics that are borderline pornographic and seem to invite nude photo requests.
The same men that think a bikini photo is an invite to request a nude photo would probably never be so bold as to personally ask a woman at the beach in a bikini to strip for them. . .. but then again, there are probably a few who would try it.
Consider the request part of the weeding out process. If the requests bother you that much perhaps different photos will attract a higher caliber guy.

And therein lies the problem. You have already posted everything but your nipples on the internet so they think it is safe to assume that you will gladly forward nudes to them.
A picture is worth a thousand words and some pictures say a lot more than that. Perhaps your pic was inviting the kind of attention that you were getting but didn't really want, or really did want.

Looked like she was sitting at a table in a club or resteraunt, in animated conversation with someone out of frame. Simple candid shot. No suggestive poses or anything like that. The only thing remotely suggestive about it was that there was a lot of very lovely skin showing... I've seen more suggestive shots of women fully dressed.
I don't think the pic itself is an issue at all.
What's confusing to crackbunny is that, from his reaction to her refusal to send nudes, it appears the nude pics were ALL he was after.
And that's confusing me too. | |

They probably do both though some guys may simply be too cheap to pay for something that they can find for free. The difference between this and those sites is that there is a real possibility, however remote, that they will get some sexual intimacy with the nude photo sharer. The women on those other sites are being paid to show their bodies and to do all those things that get guys turned on. | |

I've never ask for or sent a nude picture, but a few women have sent me some.
The bottom line is guy's in here get jaded--because a high percentage of the women in here are:
1. Not serious
2. Living with someone, or married
3. Hiding something like a siamese twin growing out of there back.
4. etc, etc.
When women get to pick and chose from such a large pool of men, you raise your expectation to an impossibly high level. The end result is you don't find anyone. You postpone meeting, and spend all your time fishing for information and reasons not to see the guy. My feeling is guy retaliate--they want to either step it up and make something happen not end the correspondence.
What better way that to say, it is meet or delete, or to ask for a nude pic to find out if you are really interested, or just fooling around on you computer.
I'll bet any amount of money that you never had any intention of meeting these guys and that you strung them along for a long time--or someone else has, to the point that they don't take you seriously as a partner, and drop you down in the "Cheap Thrill" category.
If you want a man to take you seriously--meet him early on. Don't string him along. | |

Why do I say cowboy? Because apparently a little known fact about the "wild west" was that men in the country would pay more for a picture of a (clothed) woman then they would spend on a night with her.

Think about what messages your profile and photos send to viewers. Everything in your profile is a direct reflection of you, and just because you have one motivation for saying something or using a particular photo doesn't mean a man viewing your profile is going to know what your intention or motivation is. They see what they see and draw their own conclusions based on that. Like it or not, it is what it is.
Men who post shirtless photos send the same message IMO ~ I want and need sexual attention. If you keep doing what you've been doing, you'll keep getting what you've been getting. | |
