From my own experience: if the first time you have sex is just a sexual encounter, you'll find that it isn't all that different from masturbation at all.
However, the first time you have sex with someone that you genuinely have feelings for, yes, your head -and your heart- will genuinely feel like it's going to explode! And believe me, you'll be more than happy to wire up the dynamite for another go! | |

Seriously it sounds stupid and unlike prostate massage which actually decreases the risk of prostate cancer that will do nothing except maybe increase the risk of penile cancer.
And your statistical backup on this is where??? Fear mongering at it's finest until you can back up what you say. I've done a lot of research into this and not once have I come across anything like that.
Sounds, unlike catheters, are only inserted into the penis and not into the bladder. Well, in most cases not into the bladder. They are also not left in for extended periods of time like a catheter.
