| What do you drive or ride.......We want to know............ Posted: 8/4/2008 5:31:52 PM | Not sure i did this right. i am just simply wanting to post in a thread, not wanting to reply to a certain post. so here goes nothing, if i screw up I'm sorry.
Rides:
The Nanner (I'm gonna do this as modestly as possible). - My car's rather well know in Houston if you're in the car scene, certainly almost everyone with a street car in the Deer Park/Pasadena area knows it. 94 Mustang - 11 second car NA. Car built pretty much entirely by myself. I'm quite the mechanic you might say. For some reason a lot of people think it's a 9 second car so my reputation proceeds me everywhere I go in it. Everyone thinks I spray cause the car runs VERY well for what I've got on it, but that just boils down to the fact that I built it right instead of just throwing whatever cheap junk on it I could find.
And my daily driver (just b/c I ripped the AC out of the Nanner) is a 98 f-150 4x4 with a 3" lift on 35's, which I'm actually trying to sell right now in favor of either a C5 or an economy car (haha go figure). It's a pretty good lookin' truck and it's been the most dependable thing I've ever owned but with 145K on the clock that can't last much longer.

| What do you drive or ride.......We want to know............ Posted: 2/10/2009 12:38:43 PM | My first car was a 1965 Old Starfire....425 c.i. 4 barrel and cherry bombs; wasn't pretty but she'd move!
I currently have a 2008 Chevy Malibu, Red Jewel Tintcoat, I ordered it from the factory! It helps to work at a dealership..
I also have a 2007 Suzuki Boulevard C50, not real fancy, but I love it! Silver/white

| What do you drive or ride.......We want to know............ Posted: 2/10/2009 1:29:52 PM | Nothing fancy here; dark blue '06 Nissan Sentra 1.8 SE, automatic. 16" factory allow wheels, trunk spoiler.
Being the dork that I am, it has an after market header, short ram intake. No fart pipes allowed! Though it'll be getting a new Flowmaster 40 series muffler installed this weekend I hope. And believe it or not, it IS a 10 second car. It does 0-60 in ten seconds... No RICE here!
At 43k miles, I think the head gasket is going soon. Curse you Nissan!!!!!!!111111 Gets me 32.4 mpg around DFW, but I drive 85 miles a day for work so...
When I get rich I'll ditch it for a SR20DET 240sx or TT'd 370Z..............Right after I pay off the mortgage and get married with 2.75 kids.

| What do you drive or ride.......We want to know............ Posted: 2/12/2009 11:26:19 AM | Hmmm, first car was a 1968 Old’s Cutlass, second car 1970 Pontiac LeMans , third car was a 1973 Pontiac Grand Prix, Temporarily owned a 1976 Pinto Wagon for about a year while I rebuilt the engine in the Grand Prix, sold the Pinto then added a 1979 GMC Serra Grande P/U as a work truck.
Sold the Grand Prix in 88 and bought a new Pontiac Grand Am, then sold the old truck in the early 90’s. Bought a new GMC Sonoma in 1999, blew the engine up in 2007 pulling a boat back from Lake Tawakoni, poor little 4 banger just couldn’t hack it. And then bought my current ride, a Silver 2004 Chevy Silverado extended cab.
Of all of them, I really miss the LeMans & the Grand Prix the most, wish I had thought to keep & restore them.
As far as a dream car, one or all three, a 68/69 Camaro, FireBird or GTO !!!
