The pleasure is in giving pleasure and the hardest way for a woman to fake it is to take her orally ..............the tensing of the thighs around the neck as your tongue goes to work is a sure sign of a job well done !!
Phew...is it just me or is it getting a bit hot in here...? 
I'm afraid, unlike some of the other posters, I have NEVER faked, not even to "get it over with"! If you feel that way about it, then you must be doing something wrong!! It's not a chore, it's a pleasure...and although I would be kind about it all, I'd still feel the need to offer some guidance or direction to my man, just to make sure we BOTH have the ultimate experience!
Not that it's a problem for me though, it's actually embarrassingly easy.....

Men, if you're giving it to your girl, and you think she's faking her orgasm, put your bare hand on her lower back, just right above her butt, if she has a true orgasm, this area will sweat as it has something to do with the internal motives of whats going on.
