I know we have most of the answers already, we just need people to stand up for what we already know and say "here it is" and not be afraid of being murdered for it.
There already is a cure for cancer and a whole slu of other dieseases..many many many people have cured themselves of "incurable" diseases. But there are too many big businesses making money off of us being sick, so those "cures" don't ever make it to main stream media.
Where's that island again? where life has slowed down and people live to be 150? ;-)
