| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 1:30:26 AM | Wow I love coffee and I love sex......never really thought of the two intertwining but now that I do it makes sense. lol.
I'm just being silly, but I really don't think there are any "codes." I think that just because a few guys saw it that way you might be generalizing. But in a way I hope its true because on "first date" section I have meet for coffee. That sounds good mocha and sex yummy. LMAO. Sorry again just rather silly tonight
Best of luck to everyone

| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 1:30:58 AM | | Let's go to Starfcks...I meant Starbucks | |
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 3:53:36 AM | last time i checked -coffee is a hot brown organic beverage hand picked by a small columbian man -with a donkey. roasted, ground and served in establishments where food or snacks are sold. usually offered as the first step to a mating ritual (offered by a suitor to get to know a female he is attracted to). since its usually non-alcoholic -it wont lower inhabitions, give a laps in judgement or make you wreck your car -(unless you really have to pee). -very safe to consume coffee in a public place (like a restaurant) since most people will be on their best behavior in front of other strangers. easy to carry on a conversation or make plans (if infatuation is involved). where it goes from there its all up to you, or the one offering you this perky beverage.
second date: he challenges his date to several rounds of tequila shots -be very afraid -or go with it...
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 5:55:41 AM | Not sure, i used to think that the woman offers or mentions coffee after an evening date implying the guy gets to stay overnight (coffee is a morning drink?) Maybe its just because he is invited into her house? | |
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 6:18:51 AM | hee hee, you must be keeping columbia in business with those coffee beans,
you sound like a very friendly person, and looks like lots of us didnt get the memo,
maybe we should create a "bringbackthetruemeaningofcoffee" group.
great weekend,
and keep brewing that coffee
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 6:20:00 AM | hello good luck on your date,

an invite into someones house though isnt a direct offer, well not in my book

| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 8:19:23 AM | [Hi guys, please help, why is it the word coffee means sex to some men on here, it meant a hot milky drink with coffee added when I last checked??? Or is there a secret code only you men know, please help me, and if there are any other "codes" I need to be aware of please let me know/]
After reading so many of the posts by women; young and old who are very loose, having sex on the first or second meeting; sometimes even unprotected sex; I was going to ask you the same thing.
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 8:56:09 AM | | Moral of the Story: Guys, unless it's after 12 am, coffee means coffee. Coffee after midnight = Sex. | |
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 9:23:37 AM | its not that coffee=sex, i mean if someone says lets meet for a coffee it doesnt mean lets meet for sex, its after youve been on a date and youre invited in to someones home, coffee is a less forward way of saying 'do you want to come in?' As someone mentioned before there was a Sienfeld episode when George was invited in for coffee after a date and he replied i dont like coffee, and later realised what hed just turned down. Hillarious, well you had to be there. Happened to me a little while ago, she invited me in for a coffee, she went up stairs and i put the kettle on, she asked what i was doing and i replied making the coffee, she told me not to be silly. | |

| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 9:52:21 AM |
i'll never look at a starbucks the same again.... Well, why do you think they can charge so much for a cup of coffee? You don't think people are paying four bucks for a non-alcoholic drink just because of its taste, do you?
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 9:57:07 AM | Well all I can say is it takes all sorts, that isnt my style at all but hey who are we to judge, unprotected sex a definite no no girls and guys
so it applies both ways the coffee rule
ok thanks for reply | |
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 10:44:40 AM | Heck I always thought Coffee was 1st thing after crawling out of bed in the Morning... Oh I live a sheltered life...
| |
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 11:29:15 AM | I like my men like I like my coffee. Rich, sweet, covered with foam and a stick or spoon in them, just so I can mix it up a little, if the need arises.
Try ordering the chai next time. That will confuse them.
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 12:13:45 PM | I hate to say this, but from what I am learning, a man can interpret anything as sex depending on the guy, the situation, and how you word it.
I keep all my coffee meets under 30 minutes and sandwich them between two other errands/meetings/things to do...I like a nice bold end point I can look forward to.
So...unless he's hot enough to jump on right in the coffee shop (and he can perform in front of a bunch of people ordering), he's not getting any.
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 12:26:31 PM | re the Opost
I do not know about the US but in my native country, for decades now, if a man meets a woman and invites her to go drink coffee, at a coffee shop, it meant he was interested in her and if she said yes, it meant she did too. It did not mean sex immediately, but it meant a "date" (rendez vous we call it in Europe, not only in France), not a just friends meet.
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 1:59:53 PM | a late night coffee offer may be his way to extend an enchanted evening. or a nicer way to stir up an invitation for some hanky panky. -just how much hanky and panky is up to the two of you, whether you decide to immediately go for a cup and some warm conversation, or wake up in the morning and share a cup of hot stuff. | |
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 2:20:58 PM | To me, "coffee" means- uh, coffee. Hot beverage brewed from roasted and ground fruits of the coffee plant. I'll have mind black, please, strong and rich.
Historically, it was believed to be an aphrodesiac. Could be from the caffeine.
I suspect some guys would think "toe jam" is code for sex.
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 2:47:50 PM | I'm a Starbucks virgin and I'm keeping it that way...although a few tried to deflower my Starbucks virgin status during our "first" coffee meeting
I actually had this on my profile once...just so you know boys I didn't get the memo that the new code for sex is meet me for coffee
Besides, since I'm from New England...Starbucks isn't my thing...now Dunkin Donuts is a different story
|
| COFFEE = SEX????? Posted: 5/9/2008 3:26:47 PM | | I can only speak for myself. But I have never equated coffee with sex in any way. | |
|
