You should tell him to grow a spine, tell her to get lost, and then tell her he will call the police if she continues to call. They would stop right then and there. He tried telling her nicely, but now its time to shut it down. He's not a victim.
Women keep saying how smart they are but those acting like this guy is just a sweet heart is beyond my comprehension. Tell him to handle his business or you are done.
Most of the stalking would stop if people nip it in the bud. Some guys like it in a sick way, some aren't man enough to handle it. There also is 2 sides to every story and I'm not buying his story. Things sound fishy and you didn't over react. Tell him to take care of it, or your gone. Good for you. | |

Posted: 5/14/2008 2:09:03 AM | you know what's interesting? I'm kind of in the same situation, except I'm in HIS shoes. My exboyfriend has done the 15+ calls in a half hour thing. The hard part is that I'm young, and we have a baby together. So, not only is he my EX he's my baby's daddy. I hate to think about this and say that I've got Baby Daddy Drama, but I do. I don't let it consume me, but I can't cut him off from his daughter. Screw that, I can't cut her off from her daddy.
He's not a bad father, in fact, he's a great dad. It's the boyfriend thing he sucks at. I have a lot of baggage of my own, even before he and I got together, but I have exponentially increased that baggage in being in a relationship with him.
I didn't want to start a new thread, and I wanted to comment on this one, in being that I know how your guy feels. And telling him off? Yeah, I've done it. I've done it nicely, and I've done it not so nicely. He still thinks he can win me back. I don't want to start dating again anytime soon, well, not anything completely serious, maybe just get my feet wet.
I am even on the verge of being a complete ass to him so he'll get as fed up as I am with this, but it seems to not be working. Any advice from anyone in this situation? | |

OP needs to see that this man was looking for women while he had this other women's stuff at his place. Not just a bit of stuff....lots.
Sounds like they were having something going....or so the girlfriend thought she was.
Then he's all worried about the kind of phone calls they should exchange....??? WTF?
Runs after the car...???
I still feel he was getting some kind of harem mentality. | |
