I do believe we are here to live & learn... to make our mistakes and rejoice in our successes... I do think there is a higher power that will tap in and communicate but you have to be open for it... I think the soul knows.... I believe we are born with free will and who knows maybe God speaks through the soul... have confidence in your own learned wisdom because that is one of the purposes here... to gain wisdom....

So many times when I have been in relationships, things will just pop in to my head about something for no apparent reason. Then when I think about it or question it, it is like the answer falls in my lap. It is very weird, but I always think it was because God wanted me to know and to follow my intuition.
The only thing about sending signs because someone is meant for you down the road..... If that is true....... God, sure has a funny way of taking his sweet time on that one! I tell him that all the time. It seems like I have been waiting forever for that person and ask why he sends all the wrong ones in between! | |

Its very inspirational. And don't neglect all of the love there is around you in other forms. We tend to put romantic love on a pedestal........love of friends, for children, for your fellow man are all powerful loves. | |

Posted: 5/19/2008 6:22:45 PM | I don't think it matters where the signs are coming just whether you recognize what they are trying to tell you and act accordingly. It is not a sign that there is someone better waiting in the wings because there are no guarantees in life.
It does illustrate that this man isn't him. If you choose to remain with the wrong guy the right one cannot find you. | |

I have dreams, Of course this scares all the girls so I don't tell them.
I dream of my future girl. Not the one that I date the next couple of days or week or year. But the one that is going to be my wife for life. But I can't see her face clearley. Every night it gets clearer. A tad. I think, don't hold me to this. But, Once her face is crystal clear in my dreams I will meet her in real life. It is still real fuzzy so I am guessing . Not any time soon. But I do look. This is one of those beliefs that you really have to just beleive or don't believe.  | |

Posted: 6/9/2008 3:41:39 AM | Firstly the only way God speaks to us his through his Holy word the Bible. God does not speak to any man today, although many claim that. It is not true. He is holy and have to go to him through hos son Jesus Christ so he is not going to come back to us dorectyl as he is holy holy holy and pure. He can comfort us , inspire us, help us and give patience and understanding, but he does not talk to us or set up obstacles in our life as he loves the whole world. read John 3:16..
No man has beengiven the gift of the Holy Spirit to recive signs or messages from God since the last apostle died. Otherwise they would be able to raise the dead. We can pray and ask for fruits of the spirit, like love, hope, forgiveness, etc. But everything we want to know about life, relationships etc are in the bible. For example, God detests fornciation/adultery. He instituted marriage which consists of a man and woman. as 1Cor 6:9 speaks how even same sex partners are detestable to the true God, regardless of what the world and thier new ideas feel. It is ok to love anyone and everyone...but when it comes to being intimate it should be only among marriage mates. ?? why? well your experience is a perfect example. God hates broken hearts, and Your union is not blessed by him if.... you mocked his sanction of marriage and thus any signs is just circumstances as everyone of us can give off signs as we all have flaws. I would suggest you pray to heal, lift your head high, If you want to know more about God take in bible knowledge and forgive and try and remain loving all even those who have upset you. If we want God to forgive us , then we need to forgive others. Remember the path to true love did not always run smooth. If you love this person then do not let signs or obstacles etc stop you from pursuing your hearts desire. But if you want Jehovah God's blessing, then follow his requirements and he will bless your efforts.. | |

God's blessings :D:D.. I want to say that I appreciate your wisdom and expressions of your insight. I totally agree with most of what you said. Uhh, yes, here it comes...It is BECAUSE of sin and the example of sin that we do not walk in the benefits of the Kingdom in the now. Not that it is unavailable to us, quite to the contrary. I know this from personally exprerience. From the time we are born into this world, WORDS spoken over us, to us and the impact of WORDS and deeds in the lives of those around us begin to cloud the ability to SEE the Kingdom in the here and now. The LORD SAID, 'If you have faith of a mustard seed you can speak to this mountain and tell it to go throw itself in the sea' If you believe and don't doubt about anything that lines up with God's will for His children it will be done. There are many that boast to have 'enough faith', 'big enough faith', 'deep enough faith' but as a general rule the ever increasing majority don't. I have SEEN miracles and experienced them in my life, personally. I have seen the WORD of GOD used to 'bring the Kingdom' so to speak into situations and yet with most things and all most all of the time, I have doubts because I don't 'feel' important enough, worthy enough, or a multitude of other reasons. And let us address what else we are told in His Word, that in the latter days you will 'have visions and dream prophetic dreams'.. that 'miracles will increase'..do you believe the Word? Then you must see signs of the coming. And IF YOU BELEIVE how do you decide to BELEIVE part and select other parts of the WORD to say they don't apply? I assure you, if you are of the convenant people, then what JESUS has spoken applies to you.
I think you are very blessed to have a foundation of faith instilled in you and I am honored to read what you have said and take it to heart as you are my Sis. I would like to say one more thing about the relationship between a man and a woman. There ARE LOVING reasons why God gave us guidelines..who knows the parts of a design better than the maker?.. Just as it is with us, He is the Maker, and knows that we will hurt eachother with our 'free will' and have potential to take advantage of the opposite gender for selffish gain. We are to respect eachother out of reverence for God and LOVE eachother in the way HE designed. NOW WHEN married.. hey.. have at it in the bedroom or whereever it's a gift to you to be enjoyed. BUT until then know that if you parttake you will pay a price and you create a soultie with that person that doesn't break off easy no matter HOW callous you are.
Far be it for me to sound as though I have it all figured out cause I want all readers to know that I don't.. I DO know however that we all have a vision that is clouded... thus I see things through what I call my KALEIDESCOPE EYES.. ah yes, that would be me, the girl with the Kaleidescope Eyes...LOL.. no seriously..this is the term I chose many years ago to describe my issue with seeing the Kingdom.
OK.. well thanks for letting me entertain you readers and uh.. if you didn't appreciate what I had to say then phlbbbbbbbt to you...hahahaha.. just kidding.. be happy and keep smiling! ..and try to LOVE yourself and eachother the way GOD loves YOU!

I've had some incredible experiences in my lifetime with signs in the form of dreams, visions and prophecy, but the bottom line in all of these things is, where is the peace? The peace of God has to be what directs us to listen to a sign from him or ignore one from anyone else. Once you become sensitive to this supernatural peace, you can determine the source of signs. However, this peace sometimes doesn't come automatically or right away. You have to seek his mind and ask for answers.
If you are working and working to make things happen, take a step back and look at it from a wider angle. Then ask him to guide you with his peace in what you should do. | |

Posted: 7/16/2008 5:33:49 PM | | This is probably the wrong Forum but here it goes, I have been having nightmares about going to hell. All of a sudden I am starting to get really scared. I was very down to earth before. The kind of guy that didn't believe in the bible and that nonsense. But I have seen Prince Darkness / The Devil or what ever you want to call him. Once or twice now. Not the typical red type but a grey head thing with two hands or claws attached to a wall no body. It was like growing out of the wall. I haven't watched any horror films lately. I work out all day long. So it didn't come from there. But I never get creep ed out over my nightmares this one just. I am scared and I don't admit it a lot. I think from memory I could still draw what I dreamt and that is how real it seemed when I was asleep. I kept hearing a loud distorted voice in my head but it faded in and stopped. Real load at the end. I was trying to run up a hill in this grey like rotting decaying branches and stuff. That voice was behind me and that thing in the wall was in front of me. I won't forget this one for awhile. I need info. Should I be this scared and why am I? From just a dream.? | |

I think in your case...God was trying to remove that obstacle, and you just kept on putting it back because you liked it. | |
