Johnnycomelately is slightly confused at being accused of having small man syndrome. The reason for this confusion is he stands 6 feet tall in height [not considered small unless you live in the land of the giants] this is confounded by the fact that the person making the point is approx 4 inches smaller at 5ft 8 in

What the hell are you talking about? this whole thread just seems to be full of people making themselves look like ****es because they have no sense of humour and cant take a joke.
I mean you pull some stats about the SAS which I personally think are rather dubious, if you want to look at stats, lets look at the crime rates in parts of Glasgow, worse than anywhere else in the country by far, now thats a more interesting stat! | |

Nesbitt the Scottish minister of Culture has today(according to the Daily Mail)made formal complaint to the EU.He states that the Scottish nation, in particular Glaswegians,have recently been the butt of a most unfriendly type of humour directed at them by person or persons unknown on disreputable internet sites.
Mr.Nesbitt and Scottish MEP Seeyou Jimmy have issued a statement urging that the said culprits when identified become the recipients of a Glasgow handshake in the interests of racial harmony.
According to Mr.Brown ,the British Prime Minister ,there is no truth in the rumour that the Scots are gathering at Glasgow Central Railway station,burning effigies of a tall bald bloke,and boarding trains to the south en masse carrying big sticks. | |

Im a Scot born and bred and proud of it and dont take kindly to anyone insulting us but its patently obvious to anyone with a brain that Johnny was taking the proverbial pee as in a lot of his other posts and I have found this one to be pretty amusing.
Please dont embarrass us Scots any more by taking it seriously, throwing threats around etc as there is no point. Let it lie. Read the initial post again and you might just see that they guy was having a laugh, end of!!!
Oh and the fact that someone might end up with a ban if this continues. | |

Its noticeable that the lovely ladies of Scotland have a lot more sense, insight and sense of humour [with the odd exception] than the stupid , humourless, keyboard Rambo's who represented the males [with a few exceptions] on this thread .
Ive had a giggle at your expense but feel a little embarrassed to be a man with Gaelic blood. I suggest you take a look at yourselves and ask why you take yourself so seriously. I can laugh at myself and don't feel the need to be macho or display bravado from the comfort of my armchair whilst hiding behind a keyboard.
